Ausstattung, Lage und Preis/Leistung sind gut. Als alle 3 Zimmer mit Gästen belegt waren, fand ich die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer nicht so toll. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass ein Wischtuch und ein Schrubber bereitgestanden hätten, um den Boden zu wischen. Gut ist, dass eine zusätzliche Gästetoilette vorhanden ist. Denny ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Insofern empfehle ich ihn gerne weiter.
Schön fand ich auch, dass wir den Balkon mit nutzen konnten. Vormittags ist es wegen der Sonne auf dem Balkon sehr heiß, aber ab nachmittags wunderbar - zumindest im Juni. -

You can reach all places of touristic interest in Barcelona by using the metro. It is really nice to have breakfast on the balcony in the sun

Is a little tricky to find but very easy to get to and from all the tourist sites.

Denny is a great host. he is friendly, outgoing and gives really useful information about the city and city tours. And the coffee he makes tastes very good
