  Alexandra was very respectful, but unfortunately had to leave midway through the rental because of South Street Seaport Zone A Hurricane Sandy storm evacuation. She was very understanding. And despite it being two weeks later, anything below 39th Street nightly is still a dark zone. Talk about the cycle of urban civilization.
  The South Street seaport might have a different look to it now, but our apartment on a higher floor was perfectly undisrupted and welcoming guests. We would be glad to offer you a discount if you return to NYC. Sorry again.
