Located centrally in the village. Leigh Panorama B&B features extensive gardens and sun drenched decks. Guests have full access to all living rooms and decks with extensive views. Off-road parking for 3 cars plus locked garage space for bikes, surfboards etc.
Exceptional breakfast is included with a treat of homemade toffee on arrival. Tea and coffee available any time.
Rooms include heater, electric blanket, fan, wardrobe flat screen TV etc. Netflix in main lounge. Use of microwave, toaster, fridge space and laundry by arrangement. Selection of children’s toys, magazines and books available. A large range of brochures are provided for activities and restaurants plus the Matakana Coast App code on site to download. A wide range of activities are offered in the area. You will be close to Goat Island Marine Reserve, the Marine Discovery Centre and we offer free use of snorkelling gear. Also near great hiking tracks including Te Araroa. Surfing at Daniels Reef, Pakiri Beach and Tawharanui where there are also night-time kiwi walks. 2ks to Matheson Bay, a favourite spot for diving and family friendly swimming.
Close to Matakana Village for the farmers’ market, shops, cinemas, 2 sculpture parks, vineyards and restaurants. Lots of fantastic coastal walks at the doorstep. Fabulous birdlife abounds and we have a stunning night sky.
Live music at the Leigh Sawmill Café, craft beers at the Sawmill Brewery. Leigh Bar and Leigh Eats also provide great food and drink locally.
