May not be in the heart of town, nonetheless a good location. Bus 52 which goes to Marienplatz is just downstairs and there is almost always a bus waiting when you get there. Only takes 15 mins to get to Marienplatz. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Apartment is nice and cosy. Looks better than the pictures shown on website.
