  - she was able to check appartment in the internet site, ( map also included), and on the first moment when she arrived
  we requested to give a call, or sms , if she was facing any problem in the flat ( window is openable.She was so kind not to give us "negative feedback" during our discussion , so she was not give us any chance to correct on what she was complaining
  we have 31 positive feedback ( this apartment price and quality is reasinable).
  So she is too kind to express her real opinion , and what she was thinking really.
  We are missing the real communication beetween her and us
