Nacido en Chile pero viviendo en España hace ya 20 años, intento ahora -a traves de mi oficio de arquitecto- mejorar o hacer mas atractiva la estancia para viajeros que, como yo, prefieren la máxima calidad en su entorno

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans ce logement et franchement cela c'est super bien passé...
Proche de toutes les commodités, proche du centre ville. -

The apartement is great, but in the summer it gets hot and, if the windows are open, the traffic noise is quite noticeable during the day.
The view of the street and the mountains in the background is very attractive. -

An extremely good location in the Eixample very close to Placa Universitat and Placa Catalunya, a lift is also available to take your luggage or the great shopping to the apartment. All attractions are in walking distance and with the WiFi you can plan your excursions very well.

The location of the apartment was very good and the host is quite friendly, unfortunately it was pretty dirty.

The host was very helpful and very flexible.
When another familiy member joined us at the end of our stay, our host was willing to give us the larger apartment which is just across the hallway and which happened to be available. We really appreciated that. Thanks! -
