The apartment has an excellent location in the city center. It is easy to find, clean and very calm. The kitchen is quite small but we had everything we needed with small exceptions like a frying pan in normal conditions. Bath is very nice and modern; the furniture in the apartment is fit for purpose. Actually the flat is rather dark and not like shown in the pictures. One thing we were surprised about was the fact that we were hosted in part of a bigger apartment, meaning that a room door (locked) from the kitchen and bedroom led to some office where people would work. That was not an issue though as we were away most of the time.
We spent a very good time in Vienna and were all in all happy with apartment.

Die Lage der Wohnung war für unsere Zwecke ausgezeichnet. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, mit einem netten Balkon.

My mother and I had a wonderful stay in this apartment during our visit to Vienna, the location couldn't have been better - only 10 minutes by tram from outside the door to the Ringstrasse and a few minutes walk to Mariahilferstrasse for shopping. Even though Westbahnstrasse is quite a busy street with a tram line the apartment is at the back of the building, so extremely quiet and due to the street door lock as well as the apartment door lock, very secure, although we felt very safe in the area even at night. The apartment was very good value for money compared to hotels in the city - even more so if there are more than 2 of you, it was extremely warm, comfortable, and clean, we couldn't ask for anything more.

Das Schlafsofa war völlig durchgelegen und mit vielen Flecken versehen.

Das Appartment ist gut gelegen und man kann als Wienbesucher alle wesentlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß bzw. von den nahen Haltestellen mit den Öffentlichen erreichen. Es ist angenehm ruhig und man hat im Umkreis gute Versorgungsmöglichkeiten. Von der Terrasse im DG hat man einen tollen Blick über Wien und sie empfiehlt sich für ein Frühstück. Ein Besen wäre sicher noch eine gute Ergänzung zur Kehrschaufel.

Die Wohnung ist super, in einem interessanten Quartier gelegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Ausstattung nur 3 Sterne, da das Bettsofa nicht wirklich bequem war.

I stayed at Richard's place for 10 days and everything was perfect. The apartment is nice, confortable well equiped and well positioned, just 5 mins walking to Burggasse U-bahn station and 10 mins to main Mariahilfer strasse. Perfect for singles, couples or even small families (there is a pretty sofa bed in the living room).

Unsere Bewertung wäre besser ausgefallen, wenn die Küchenausstattung in den Mindestanteilen komplett gewesen, für die komplizierte Bedienung des Fernsehers eine Anleitung vorhanden und einige Küchengeräte zum Großteil nicht noch verpackt gewesen wären.
