The apartment is lovely, with beautiful features the only issue we had and people should be aware is that the noise from the road traffic is deafening. We didn't sleep well at all. You are visiting the city that never sleeps so this is expected to a degree, but one of the windows houses the air conditioning unit which is the equivalent of sleeping with the window open. Take ear plugs and you'll be fine.

The place is so cute and comfortable, we absolutely loved it! We just had the best time in NY, staying at Maria's appartment. It was perfect for us.

It is really a place where you feel at home when you open the door!!! Its is an elegant and practical studio, where you can enjoy your stay perfectly. From here you can reach Manhattan's most important places like the Museum Mile, Metropolitan Opera and Carnegie hall very easily.

This is a designer's studio apartment.. beautifully decorated and located in the best part of the UES.. near Central Park and Muesuem Mile and some of the best shopping in the city. More bars and cool restaraunts a few blocks away than you'll have time to check out. The building is an older classic NYC easy walk-up; beautifully maintained. very clean and secure. Very close to several subway lines and busses to get you quickly to the rest of the city.

Maria is a great great host. Communication before and during our stay was very easy. She welcomed us warmly and was really nice, helpful and generous. Besides, she's a fun and upbeat person and she made us feel very comfortable. Couldn't have been any better.
