Sylvia 4.0 25/09/2014Location is very central but still quiet, so very nice, although better to take the entrance from the street "Escudellers blancs" instead of Ferran!
Unforfunately there was no balcony in the room or a common area! If the first (and other) photos show a balcony and it s said that there is a balcony, I expect one! So that was a disappointment. Also it would have been nice to have it mentioned that there can live more than 10 people, so that even with 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet and another toilet you might have to wait until a bathroom gets free.
But the people we lived with were very friendly, nice and quiet! In the night you can sleep perfectly! The room is spacious and clean!
A friendly nice guy cleans twice a week, but does he have to start at 8?? In my holiday I don t want to get woken up at 8! :-/
And I missed the coffee machine in the kitchen, shown on the picture. There was just an espresso machine...
But I recommend the place for the nice people, location and price! -

We loved it here. The appartment, location, everything was perfect. I would have given "facilities" a PERFECT too, except, the only downside was the bunk-bed. It is a really scary place to sleep in and kind of annoying to have to go up and down all the time (although, I understand why its there) but I really wish there was a better alternative than the thin thin Ikea pull-out sofa. BUT, it is totally worth it. Spent 13 days here, and we will absolutely come back. <3

The place was so lovely!It is really close to the city centre and everything was neat and clean. The keys were sent by mail long before our stay and the host was always reachable via mail for any questions. We had an amazing stay and it was great meeting luisa:)

Amazing experience, really glad we decided to stay here. Not to mention the 5 minute walking distance to Las Ramblas. Highly recommend it.

The apartment has a great central location and a very tasteful accommodation. Our room had big windows and enough space for two people. Everything was clean and made with love in order for everyones wellbeing.

Right next to la rambla, one can hardly get a more central place to stay. As it is in a small alley there is no noise pollution. One shares an appartement with locals and other tourists, so you can also have some inside advices for places to visit/eat.
For couples: the bed might be a little noisy though.

The apartment is very close to the Ramblas / the Barrio Gótico. Unfortunately the room we booked didn't have a balcony (as it was promised in the description of the room). Apart from that, we had a nice stay. The apartment is perfect for a city trip to Barcelona.

Zimmer #5 ist für 2 Personen eigentlich zu klein, geschätzt waren das maximal 10m2 und das einzige Fenster zeigt in einen Schacht im Innenhof.. Dennoch reicht die Unterkunft völlig aus für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Das Zimmer ist zwar kein 5 Sterne-Hotel aber reicht voll und ganz aus und war sauber. Küche & Badezimmer bieten ebenfalls alles was man braucht.

Luisa is a wonderfull host, who takes care of her guests, any time of the day, if she has to. You can tell she has ha big heart :)

Very friendly, it is hard to find the flat but worth it. Clean rooms. Students and adults in the flat. Not for small kids. Location is amazing, 5 stars, I would stay there again.

Die Haushälterin hat uns empfangen, aber kann leider gar kein Englisch. Luisa war nicht vor Ort, war am Telefon aber sehr nett und kümmerte sich darum, dass wir uns wohl fühlten. Eine wirklich Nette! Alles lief sehr unkompliziert mit ihr und sie hat immer prompt geantwortet, sehr zuverlässig. Zur Begrüßung gab es Wasser, Chips und eine kleine Flasche Sekt :-)

Luisa selbst habe ich nicht persönlich kennengelernt. Eine nette Mitbewohnerin hat uns empfangen, allerdings hatten wir einige Sprachprobleme da sie kein Englisch und wir kein Spanisch können.
