  I have to be honest, and for that, I do not advise and recommend not accommodate this person.
  He was late and without telling me. I would have expected with a bottle of wine, I help with the bags, I have helped park the car, I will explain in a map all the tips about the city, I went cordial and offered them a warm welcome. He was cold in the treatment and nothing appreciative. He asked me a dvd, and I gave it to him, without thanks anything (dvd is not included in the listing). And then I see that the review he has written things that are not true, things that I disagree, wrong things, without foundation, without explanation. I do not understand why he does this reviews misconduct when I has received him with a warm welcome and I have given him everything he asked me. He left the lights on in the apartment and he was not inside.
  Caution ! , this person does misconduct reviews I do not understand why, I do not recommend him !.
