Küche ziemlich klein, aber alles da.

Typische Französische Wohnung. Super Lage. Mit abstrichen bei der Sauberkeit.

The atmosphere and the peculiar charm of this appartment is unbelievable. Everything was superb. Here are some specials: the gym equipment & the ipod-STARCK speakers. We also found herbals and spices in the kitchen.

Ich hoffe, dass die Notiz diesmal klappt - es ist nämlich bereits das dritte Mal - irgendwie scheints das Ganze nicht zu speichern.
Vom Preissegment her schien es mir eher etwas zu teuer. Doch es war sehr hübsch, hell und gemütlich. Die Lage ist prima, im Allgemeinen schön ruhig (hin und wieder nächtliche Musik). Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Das Bett im Living dürfte allerdings etwas bequemer sein.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist fantastisch - Metro, Supermarkt, Bäcker und gemütliche Bistros in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch nachts um 1 Uhr haben wir uns auf dem Heimweg sicher gefühlt. Ein großer Tisch im Wohnzimmer war super für unsere gemeinsamen Frühstücke, Die Nachbarn im Haus waren alle sehr freundlich. Unser Auto war in der Tiefgarage bestens untergebracht, wobei die Auffahrt derart eng ist, dass unser Auto nicht 1 cm größer hätte sein dürfen. Die Wohnung eignet sich durchaus auch für 5 Personen, unsere Tochter hat im Wohnzimmer auf der Couch geschlafen, was für sie o.k. war. Die sanitäre Ausstattung war absolut in Ordnung und auch die Handtücher waren klasse - frisch, gross und aussreichend. Schön. dass eine Spülmaschine vor Ort da war. Die Wohnung hat einen Lift von der Tiefgarage bis in die Wohnung, das war eine große Erleichterung für unsere Oma, die nicht gut zu Fuß ist. Kleine Anregung: es fehlen eine Kaffeemaschine und eine Teekanne. Alles in Allem: einfach top und empfehlenswert

Die Ausstattung ist geschmackvoll und sehr vollständig. Das Appartement ist mitten in Paris, sonnig, ruhig, Fenster zum Innenhof und wie beschrieben in einer Fussgängerzone gelegen. Sehr sichere Gegend. Gerade um die Ecke hat es einen Laden, der fast immer geöffnet ist, wenn man mal kurz was besorgen muss. Auch viele gute Restaurants sind in Gehdistanz. Als Ausgangspunkt für viele Sightseeing Tours ideal. Meine Frau und ich erlebten mit unseren zwei Kindern wunderbare Tage in Paris und es war immer wieder schön zwischendurch oder auch abends zurück ins Apartement zu kommen in dem wir uns wie daheim fühlten.

Perfect location middle in Paris, very easy to reach everything by foot. Nice decorated appartment and all extras included.

Die Zimmer sind liebe- und kunstvoll eingerichtet, die ruhige Wohnung im ersten Stock eines Pariser Wohnhauses, erreichbar durch einen charmanten Hinterhof, ist unweit des Centre Pompidou gelegen inmitten einer netten abendlichen (nicht touristischen) Ausgeh-Atmosphäre. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten / Straßenmarkt / Bäcker / Café und Metro jeweils in maximal 5 Gehminuten erreichbar.

Appartement dans un ancien immeuble, très caractéristique et très propre. Se situant dans un quartier central et à la mode, le 17arrondissement à coté de l'Arc de Triomphe et des Champs Elisées. Autour de la maison Il ya beaucoup de restaurants, marché, magasin de mode et activitées. Vous avez à disposition une salle de bain avec douche, une toilette indépendant, un salon avec la TV et un canapé lit, un autre salon pour déjeuner avec une grande table, une cuisine très bien fournie et une chambre double avec l'armoire.

Je conseil cet appartement surtout pour la position central et pour les familles ou les groups d'amis , il sera surement à la hauteure de vos attentes!

This is a great apartment for two people or family with kids. The location is perfect!

Didn't see Erik， contact by email. owner leave the key under matts....The bed in one of the bedroom is broken when we just move in. Emailed host been told is not a big deal. And told us to fix it ourself. Very old property nearly no cooking equipment, been told it's for european's not for Non-euro. location is good. if you can find other place don't choose this one. Erik 不是房子主人转租很多房子，可能好点的房子会负责点，但这个房子很差，很旧，除非有特别癖好，不要租!

Erik`s place was perfect for my trip, pretty central and easy to find. Very close to the metro, and in a good neighbouhood. The apartment was nice, with quite big rooms. I will recommend Erik`s place to anyone who visits Paris.

Norwegian: Jeg vil anbefale å teste leilgheten til Erik, man får mye for pengene, i et strøk som er trygt og greit, og nokså sentralt. Det var ikke "midt i" Paris, men igjen - hvor er midt i Paris? T-banestasjonen var ca 2 minutter unna, og fra der kunne man ta linje 1 til så å si over alt. Det var et par restauranter i nærheten også som var utrolig innbydende.

This charming boat is an ideal place for people who want to be close to the city with an unusual space. The Bastille is great for going out and the nearby Marais a great place to pick up on Paris's hip neighborhood. El apartamento de Erick ofrece una excelente ubicaciòn porque a poca distancia puedes disponer de todos los servicios, es càlido, còmodo y el ambiente es tranquilo no es rumoroso.

Erik has a great appartment It is large for Parisien standards and very functional and quiet. For example I was able to use all facilites listed in the offer: washing machine (which was useful because I had been travelling the week before), Wireless Internet (great to keep in touch with my loved ones at home) etc. The area is safe and the metro is just 2 minutes walk away. I would recommend this offer.
