Yorck 5.0 29/10/2013Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut erreichbar und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und kann gut gelüftet werden. Man hat keine Kleiderstange, mir hat das aber nichts ausgemacht, mach einer legt vielleicht Wert darauf. Haken sind aber da. Das Foto im 9flats ist das Wohnzimmer, nicht das Schlafzimmer, das Dirk vermietet. Also Zusammenfassung --> Barcelona --> Dirk!

L'appartement est moderne et très propre. L'accès à la plage de la barceloneta est direct par le bus. Les commerces sont très proches et bons marchés. Le métro vous conduira à la vieille ville en quelques minutes.
Si vous le souhaitez l’hôte vous fera découvrir plusieurs bars à tapas en une seule soirée à l'occasion d'une tournée durant laquelle vous pourrez rencontrer d'autres touristes et partager vos impressions autour de la table. -

Ist wirklich eine ziemlich nette Ecke da, sehr central, direkt an der Metro. Zimmer ist für ein paar Nächste völlig ausreichend und auch ansonsten hat die Whg alles, was man brauchen könnte.

modern eingerichtete wohnung mit tollem zimmer in ruhiger wohngegend. sehr guter anschluss an öffentliche verkehrsmttel.

the location of his house is very nice: close to the metro station 5 min, local neighborhood to feel real Barcelona. The view that the apartment have is also very nice.

L’appartement est très bien et on est très bien accueillie. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour vivre confortablement (2 chambre, 1 bureau, un salon, une cuisine...) MERCI Dirk

Perfect place to stay if you travel alone and need authenthic area to stay almost on top of the roofs.
Its near to city and still affordable. -

Dirk hat alle Vereinbarungen pünktlich eingehalten, alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Er hat mir sogar noch nachtelefoniert und eine email nachgeschickt, weil ich etwasliegengelaasen habe. Leider hatte ich aus beruflichen Gründne überhaupt keine Zeit, sonst hätte ich gerne mehr mit Dirk gequatscht und evtl. auch einer seiner Stadtrundgänge mitgemacht! ! !
Wenn er ein Doppelzimmer hätte, würde ich auf jeden Fall mit Partner nochmals wiederkommen! -

Dirk is a very nice person and good host. I took with him also Tapas-Tour that he do in Barcelona and it was great. That was beside to his tips on discovering the city.

A very friendly host. He gives Tapas-Tours and Chocolate-Tours through Barcelona, which sounds like a really interesting way to get to know some more about the city.---

Dirk is not a punctuality person!The time of our meeting had been established for 2 hours early than he come.It was very inconvenient to wait him too long without any message about his delay.Unresponsible men at all!Not recommended!!!
