Heike 3.0 31/08/2014Der Gastgeberwar nicht ein einziges Mal vor Ort. Die Wohnung ist komplett fremd vermietet. Sein Freund kümmerte sich sehr nett um alles. Schimmel im Bad und am Fenster im Zimmer und keine Steckdose im Bad. Im Zimmer Steckdose, aber kein Spiegel. Frau hat das schon gern komplett an einer Stelle. Trotzdem einen herzlichen Dank an seinen Freund Jason.

war ein anderes Zimmer, als abgebildet, Küche war sehr klein, konnten da zu dritt kaum was essen. Dusche war sehr schwer einzustellen. Meine 14 jährige Tochter hat sich fast den Oberschenkel verbrannt. alles in allem, nicht so schön, wie auf den Bildern.

Just to clarify the Accuracy of description rating. The room was as described. Problem is that it was not the room i booked. When i booked the room, i bookmarked the rooms page on 9flats. A couple of weeks later, the page suddenly changed to another room in another part of London. I repeatedly asked my host (Chris) for an explanation, but never got a response. Why did i not complain? Because the new room actually suited me better. My actual host (Jack) was really nice and the stay was as expected.

Sehr schlechte Kommunikation. Nach verschiedenen Versuchen: Mail, SMS, Support über 9flat (übrigens herrvorragend gemanagement) erhielten wir am späten Nachmittag vor der Abreise am nächsten Tag eine Mail.

als unsere Reise näher kam, war der Gastgeber schwer erreichbar, hat sich weder per E mail auf 9flats, noch per WA nachricht geantwortet. Erst als ich die notfallnummer von 9flats anrief, hat es dann noch geklappt.

As others have written here, Chris seems to be some kind of scam artist. On my way in from the airport Chris contacted me to say that the room that I had booked wasn't available and he was moving me somewhere else, miles further out of town. Bait and switch operation.

We had to find a new appartment, because our other room was cancelled 12 hours before we arrived in London. We were picked up at the trainstation and everything was ok!

Watch out for the bait and switch. I didn't get the room i booked and Chris didn't respond to any of my repeated attempts to find out why.
Two days before leaving for London, i still didn't know where and when to get the keys. I probably wouldn't book with Chris again.
