  First of all i am happy to be able to serve you Bettina. Thanks for coming.Just to add some important issue: i gave my best apartment for them, which would cost almost double and is huge an luxury. Of course without any extra money. My guest was arriving 2 hours later which is a late checkin and was leaving earlier which would have been early checkout. I was not charging for neather of those althougt its on the website, that is an extra cost. About the cofee mashine i offered a breakfast sponsored by me, just to compensate the inconvenience but they did not exept it. After their checkout our staff controlled everything and the coffee mashin was working perfectly.i dont really understand what was The problem. Is a 2 month old nespresso simple mashine. Sorry the they did not enjoyed. My other guests were amaised by the apartment:-) cheers
