Thomas 4.0 23/06/2013The apartment was nice. Two bedrooms (each for 2 people), one living room, kitchen; the toilet was seperated from the shower-room. The shower-room and the kitchen were very small. There was mould in the shower. The apartment had a strange smell (probably the sewer, because it was worst in the toilet), but we adapted to the smell. The apartment hat HD TV, a great sound system, fridge, hotplate, microwave. The location in rue de Gobelins was very good. You can discover Paris by taking the metro (right in front of the door) or by walking. From the apartment to Louvre or Notre Dame it is 30-40min walking. It was a nice neighbourhood with a lot of bars and restaurants nearby.

Very nice apartment, although quite small. In an excellent location with lots of restaurants around, very close to the metro and relatively quiet.
The main lights in the living area and bathroom were not working.

Located at a nice neighborhood and the metro entrance just opposite the apartment. Supermarket is just 100m away. Location is on 3rd floor but there is a very small lift (only fit 2 person) for bag transportation.
I find the bed located in Arnaud's room slightly too soft (people with back problems may find this not that comfortable -- the reason of 4 stars for facilities) --- but my husband have no problems with it, nor do my in-laws sleeping in the other room.
We enjoy our stay and was glad we have booked this place. It's really is value for money. -

Very stylish and comfortable, clean apartment in the heart of Paris. Supermarkets, bank, cafes and bars nearby, just a few blocks away from the famous Pantheon. Perfect Location!

We had a good email contact with Arnaud. We never met Arnaud in person. His female roommate gave us one key. When we arrived she finished a shower in the apartment (she and Arnaud live in the apartment when not booked by travelers) and finished the preparations. Arnaud told us a day before we traveled, that we can enter the apartment at 5.00pm, we arrived at 5.40pm and it was not ready... Arnaud sent an email on our travelling day, that the apartment will be ready only at 6pm... but as we traveled we could not ready our emails. The roommate did not take the deposit of 500 Euros. It was complicated to arrange how we should give the key back. When we tried to call the roommate, she did not answer. After a time she tried to call us, but stopped the call after ringing before we could answer the call. Probably she wanted us to call back to save money. Although,we arranged 10am to give the key back, the roommate came at 8.50am. Overall we did not feel very comfortable with the organisation.

Arnaud is very nice and friendly and waited in the house to greet us. We have no problems with the check-in and out.
