Unfortunatel I can not rank the appartment because we have never seen it. Our host prefered to place us somewhere else. The other appartment was good, but somehow it is disappointing to not get what you have choosen before.

When we arrived our apartment was booked by another people so they gave us a different appartment without air conditioning. After asking again they moved us to another place with air conditioning but smaller. The second night we got the apartment we actually booked. Place close to Istiklal street. Be careful not to make a mistake and enter Demirbraç street area which is dangerous specially at night (3 blocks away from apartment). Overall apartment is ok but host and location could be better.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem authentischen Wohnviertel. Man ist aber sehr schnell in der belebten Einkaufs,- und Ausgangsstrasse. Wohnung sehr sauber, für längere Aufenthalte, wir waren 10 Tage dort, ev. etwas klein.

Die Ausstattung und die Lage der Unterkunft war super.
Die Lage ist nur ein paar Minuten von der Istiklal entfernt und trotzdem relativ ruhig gelegen -

Perfekte Lage mitten in der Stadt. Taksim, Istikal, Tunnel in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Very helpful regarding sights, where to go for dinner. ordering taxi for airport transfer ... always reachable via mobile phone.

After experiencing the attitude of our host and reading again what others have experienced before I have to warn you: what you book is not what you get! Onat and his team is only trying to maximze the occupation of his appartments and he really doesn't care, what you have booked in advance. When we arrived, we were placed in a totally different appartment, than we've booked. We were told, that due to calender and booking issues there was some problem. The appartment we've got was fine, except a leaking water pipe which was repaired the next day, never working internet and no heating during the first night (it was pretty cold outside) and very thin sheets.
The next episode was that we had to move into another appartment for the last (our 4th night) because they needed the bigger one for a family. Unfortunately we did so! This appartment was not worth the name. It was more like a cellar with a bed in it. We got 15 Euros back after complaining but this didnt really made me feel better.. -

I actually didn't met Onat. His partner wanted us to stay in a different apartment without air conditioning in August. After asking again he found another place with air conditioning but smaller. The next day we got the apartment we originaly booked. Overall host wasn't as friendly as we expected.

Sehr hilfsbereite und nette Vermieter. Hat immer nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist, Tipps gegeben, war jederzeit per Mail oder Handy erreichbar.
Alles sehr persönlich und unkompliziert. -
