It was a very nice week for us. We came for a three generation family gathering and the house provided all the amenities for the very young up to the very old. Nice architecture of the house, garden and Terrasse as well as security because it's gated (ease of mind for the rental car) made it a pleasant experience. Also nice was the living space with kitchen, dining and large window doors. Only drawback was maybe the cleanliness. But overall for us a five star stay. We got our things from the nearby supermarket and hopped into the bus 1 min away to dive into the city live. Communication with Fabien read always easy and fast.

The apt. is very nice and really close to the metro (we didn´t mind it was 2-nd zone). As it was quite cold weather we appreciated an electric heating in the bathroom. We were 5 adults and very satisfied (we didn´t mind there was 1 double-bed, 1 fold-out couch for 2 people, 1 fold-out chair). We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen - even cleansing articles, dishtowel... Fully recommend.

Kamel is a really great host. Very nice and helpful. The apartment is clean, quiet with nice atmosphere. I would stay there again with pleasure, I definitely recommend it to everyone.

The flat was very clean and spacious and the welcome by staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the shutters that covered the windows were electrically powered and two lots of shutters did not work meaning that it was impossible to shade the flat from the heat of the day. The air conditioning was on an automatic timer that only lasted 7 minutes at a time so it was difficult to cool the apartment. Although there was a guest laundry it would also be helpful to have an iron in each flat to iron the clothes that were crumpled from travelling. It would also be helpful to have more information on which suburbs have good restaurants or bars like Obercampf or the Latin Quarter as it is difficult to find the good places away from the tourist spots when you are new to the city. On the whole, however, we enjoyed Paris and would recommend this accommodation.
