IT is WAAAY toooo COLD for ANY PET to be outside! If you see one, kindly ask their owners to LET THEM INSIDE or Call the appropriate authorities in your area (Ive heard dial 311, but not sure?). If you have old BLANKETS/Towels you do NOT need, please take to a SHELTER or give to a NEEDY ANIMAL!! Thanks! :)
