Detlef 5.0 02-09-2017Die Lage ist sehr gut . Sie ist ruhig und liegt doch nahe der City. Alles ist
gut zu Fuß zu erreichen . Essen gehen ,einkaufen ,alles ganz nahe.
Der Innenhof ist begrünt und lädt zum Verweilen ein . Kaffee, Zucker, Tee
und Olivenöl sind für einen da.Die Einrichtung mal etwas anderes als
üblich . Es ist fast wie in einem Hotel . Wunderbar . -

La situation est vraiement exceptionnelle, le cadre très calme et agréable, et les hôtes adorables. La cuisine manque un peu d'équipements mais ça ne nous a pas gênés

Très bien situé dans athènes, l'appartement est très beau, il y a meme un patio ou se détendre, ne pas hésitez si vous sejournez a athenes.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral in ruhiger und sicherer Lage. Unser Studio war modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Gut gefallen hat uns auch, dass Basics wie Salz, Zucker, Kaffee, Öl, etc. im Apartment vorhanden waren. Der Innenhof ist sehr schön und verträumt und eignet sich perfekt zum Frühstücken oder einen Wein am Abend. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Apartments guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Geschmackvolle und pfiffige Einrichtung mit liebevoll gestalteten Details. Zentrale, aber trotzdem sehr ruhige Lage in einer Nebenstraße. Fußläufig Bäcker, Supermarkt und brauchbare Restaurants. Der hauseigene Innenhof sehr gemütlich und idyllisch gestaltet.

The apartment was superb. It was ideally located, within easy walking distance of the main ancient sites, the old town and with good local facilities. The apartment was clean, well equipped and suitable for our family of four (two teenaged boys) with two separate bedrooms. It was tastefully decorated in a modern style with some quirky but attractive features. We originally chose the apartment because of it's proximity to the original Olympic stadium (400 m) and the finish of the Athens marathon but it turned out to be the perfect choice for our Athens break.

Très bon accueil, bon conseil pour manger dans un lieu atyppique, yannis a eu la gentillesse de nous deposé a l'aeroport, je recommande vivemment leur logement qui est une maison familiale renové.

Unsere Gastgeberin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns viele hilfreiche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt genannt. Sie war häufig in der Apartmentanlage anzutreffen und darüber hinaus auch telefonisch gut erreichbar. Insgesamt sehr sympathisch!

Whilst we didn't meet Sokratis we were hosted by his business partners Fotini and Yiannis. Fotini welcomed us to Athens explaining everything about the apartment, giving us all the local information and all the help we needed with our short break. Both Fotini and Yiannis were so friendly, they were available to answer any questions we had about the area and provided recommendations for local markets, shops and restaurants (which were excellent). I would also highly recommend Fotinis home cooking, she made a delicious meal for four which was delivered to our door with wine! A lovely couple.
