We spent 8 days with my wife in this apartment and are completely satisfied with our choice. The apartment is located in a wonderful area full of small shops and tasty restaurants, with up to the very center of Barcelona can be reached easily in just a few minutes. The apartment is big enough - for a short time and can accommodate up to 4 people, and 2-3 may feel quite comfortable. Toilet and bath is not too large in size - but there is no perfection in the world:-)

The apartment was a perfect size for two people. The location could not have been better. It was a walk to just about everywhere one would want to go ( beach, La Rambla, Gaudi, museums, La Boqueria Montjuc, etc. ) and if you wanted the Metro there were two within a five minute walk. There were a number of little squares close by to get a bite to eat, a cup of great café con leche or a glass of wine or beer. Restaurants to serve any craving were also all around the area. A small market on the corner was open most all the time for essentials. It was safe and clean (the streets were literally picked up and washed down every night) and the people were all nice and helpful. We walked through all of the areas within a two mile radius and this was the best to stay in.
The apartment has two little balconies to sit out on and there is an elevator if needed. We stayed the second week on October and the weather was absolutely perfect such that we could leave the balcony doors open 24/7.

One of the bedrooms has no window so might not be loved by everyone. Living room is very pretty. We felt comfortable.

This airy and bright apartment was quiet at night, roomy for two, and comfortably decorated with some artwork and books. Bed was comfortable for us and the elevator worked. WiFi worked very well and there was even access to a computer. Loved the flowering plants on the two balconies. Didn't use the kitchen at all during our 3 night stay, but it looked functional. We felt safe in the area and enjoyed the narrow streets and small plazas. Lots of places to eat nearby.

Tolle kleine Wohnung mitten im gotischen Viertel: kleiner Shop mit den wichtigsten Lebensmitteln gleich ums Eck, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen - für uns ideal! WIR kommen wieder ;o)

Perfect location and really nice apartment.

Die kleine, sehr persönlich und stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnng liegt so zentral im Altstadtviertel, dass vieles super zu Fuss erreicht werden kann. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Kurztrip von ein paar Tagen braucht. Auch die Küche war gut ausgestattet, obwohl bei unserer Ankunft nicht alle Gebrauchsgegenstände ganz sauber waren. Sonst war die gesamte Wohnung jedoch sehr sauber.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und wirklich gut ausgestattet (sogar Regenschirme sind vorhanden). Wir haben uns dort sofort wohl gefühlt! Der Balkon ist super zum Frühstücken und ein Bäcker direkt um die Ecke. In der Nähe gibt es viele kleine Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars, auch der Hafen ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Gerne wieder :)

Wir haben uns bei Martina sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage der Wohnung
ist ideal. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen Auf-
enthalt braucht (es ist sogar Föhn + Bügeleisen vorhanden!). Man sollte aber wissen, dass das Einzelzimmer (leider) kein Fenster hat
und sehr klein ist; man kann aber zum Schlafen problemlos auf das Wohnzimmer ausweichen. Wunderbar ist der kleine Balkon, auf dem
wir immer gefrühstückt und abends einen "Absacker" genossen haben.

Das Apartment hat eien super Lage, für uns genau richtig in größe uns Ausstattung. Jederzeit wieder.

Super zentral gelegen in einem Haus aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Ein wunderschönes Erlebnis :-) und es hat an nichts gefehlt!!

The flat was perfect. Located in the center of the gothic area, close to shopping centres, the athmosphere of the old town and the sea in walking distance, we enjoyed the warm athmosphere of the flat, which was clean, well equipped and provided a cosy feeling.

This flat is absolutely perfect! It is really cosy, well-resourced, and the neighbourhood is absolutely great. You can reach everything by foot or public transport easily. There are a lot of shops, cafes, and restaurants very close by. Whether you explore the nice alleys of the Gothic area, walk to the beach, enjoy the evenings by sitting on one of the two balconies, or have a good night's rest in the very comfortable double bed - you will feel like home anyway.

We stayed in the apartment for 8 days. We really enjoyed our stay!! Perfect location in the middle of the Gothic quarter in a quite (for being in the heart of the city) street. Metro, nice restaurants, bars, beach, cafes, supermarket, bakery ... in walking distance. Nice little balconies for breakfast etc. (didn't use the backyard terrace, though).
-> perfect little hideout in Barcelona, which feels like home!

The flat is really cosy and gives a warm feeling of 'home'. I will definitely try to go there again! And what is very important for me: the beds are so comfy :0)

The place is in a very nice area. The apartment is clean, cosy and has everything you need. Near to shopping, Las rambals, harbour and near good restaurant and bars. Supermarket and taxi stop just around the corner.

Wir waren in diesem wunderschönen Apartment eine Woche lang und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, liegt zentral und ruhig, wunderschöne Terrasse (zum Frühstücken oder abends mal ein Gals Wein zu genießen). Alles in der Nähe: Metro, Supermarkt, Bäcker... Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Die Wohnung ist Super gelegen,man kann per Fuß sehr viel erlaufen ,Metro ist gleich am Haus ,genauso das einkaufen von Lebensmittel ist Super

Martina's apartement is a lovely, cosy place in central location of Barcelona.
Sights and Restaurants are within easy reach by foot or metro, cafes and supermarkets are directly around the corner.
The apartement is clean and quiet and the terrace is a great place for relaxing.

A really nice flat with a beautiful terrace in a residential neighbourhood. We found everything we needed here for a city holiday, and would love to come back one day!

The apartment was perfect for us. It has such a homely, warm and authentic vibe. You could not ask for a better location; 10 mins walk to the placa de Catalunya. We hope to visit again soon!

Die Wohnung liegt gut fußläufig vom Plaza Catalunya und dem Busbahnhof. Sie hat eine nette Atmosphäre, ist einfach eingerichtet und die große Terrasse ist sehr angenehm. Es ist alles da was man braucht - die Küche ist aber recht klein und es gibt drinnen keinen Esstisch. Die gefühlten 100 Stufen zum 4. Stock sind allerdings für übergewichtige Raucher eine sportliche Herausforderung.

The apartment is very close to the main places: 15 min by walk to Sagrada Familia, 10-15 min to placa Catalunya. The flat is very quiet and has great terrace where you can have breakfasts and enjoy sunny Barcelona. This area of Barcelona is very respectable, trustworthy, with many beautiful buildings.

Die Wohnung hat eine wunderbare Atmosphäre ist lichtdurchflutet, sehr schön geschnitten und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Blick von der Terasse und das Frühstück dort in der Sonne waren ein herrlicher Start in den Tag. Durch die zentrale Lage konnte man, nach einer Stärkung in einer kleinen, feinen Bäckerei an der Ecke vor der Türe, einfach losmarschieren. Ein Kleinod!

Tolle Lage,nette Atmosphäre! Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt- vor allem mit dieser wunderschönen Terasse.Idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden.
