Camera confortevole e luminosa con un ampio letto matrimoniale, un bagno con doccia e bidé, tavolino con sedie per la colazione e angolo con stampelle adibito ad armadio. Vi è molta cura ed attenzione per la pulizia. La finestra dà drettamente sul bellissimo panorama Romano, il B&B si trova nel cuore di San Giovanni, collegato con tram, automus e Metro A, a pochi minuti da Termini, Porta Maggiore, Vittorio Emanuele e Colosseo. Vi sono molti ristoranti tipici e soprattutto locali per divertirsi la sera.

I do NOT recommend that you stay here. I arrived late on a wednesday and went straight upstairs, an apartment converted into about 3 different rooms. As soom as i walked in you could not ignore the cigarrete odor (every morning when the owners arrived, and cleaning lady, they would smoke on their side of the flat, but the odor did not leave with them). The odor has stuck around in all my clothes and luggage, as well as having to smell like an ashtray for 3 days. THERE WAS NO HOT WATER,NO LUKEWARM WATER ONLY FREEZING COLD WATER! The owners said this was a "new problem", and tried to "fix it".

Gianluca e Delfina sono persone molto simpatiche, spigliate e gentili! Parlano l'inglese, vi consigliano i posti migliori in cui andare a mangiare molto bene e ad un buon prezzo, hanno molta cura nella preparazione della vostra colazione che vi faranno trovare direttamente in camera. Sono molto attenti alla pulizia di tutto il B&B!
Saranno disponibilissimi a risolvere ogni vostra questione e soprattutto nel farvi passare un ottimo soggiorno nella Capitale Romana. Divertimento e qualità assicurata!

They were nice at first but misrepresented this property. We dealt with the cold water the first morning because we figured the large family next door used it up,but they had the same complaint and it persisted even after they "fixed" the problem. Instead of freezing cold water we had 8 seconds of warm water.The owners tried to fix the problem by giving us biscuits and marmalade.The only thing U R paying 4 is a cleaning lady (that only cleaned the day we complained about the water), and "breakfast" consisting of instant coffee, and crackers. Public transport is unreliable to get here, cabs ove
