The apartment was as described and just what we wanted. It was very close to a nearby grocery store which made it easy to cook meals when we chose to. Furthermore, it was also a short walk to the nearby subway stop. Mostly, however, we decided to walk into town given the nice weather and relatively short walk to the center. We enjoyed the cozy feel to the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Whilst a medium sized single room as expected, the facilities and location were good, easy U-Bahn access, quiet residential area with free local parking. Exceptional value, hotels were silly prices for a pair of elderly tourists who wanted to be fairly central but watching the budget.

Sauberes, 3km von der Stadtmitte entferntes Appartement. Iin der Nähe Park- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie U- und S-Bahn Anbindung. Die Ausstattung des Appartements ist ausreichend jedoch ein WLAN oder Fernseher gibt es nicht. In der Nacht ab und an gibt es akustisch wahrnehmbare Korridorgeräusche (großes Wohnhaus), meine Ehefrau aber hat nichts gehört und gut geschlafen. Wir würden dort gerne wieder übernachten wollen jedoch meiner Ansicht nach wäre der Preis von 40,- Euro angemessener.

Sehr nette Unterkunft, die gemütlich eingerichtet ist und alles hat, was man braucht! Wirklich super! :)

Very clean, quite and cosy appartment. Gut connections into town. All the shops you need in the proximity.

Es war alles tiptop! Ich kann den Aufenthalt hier wärmstens empfehlen. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Leider kommt durch die Luftzirkulation Zigarettenrauch von den Nachbarn ins Bad und es ist leicht dünn hellhörig. Aber das ist alles nicht so schlimm. Küche ist auch mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet.
