Wir haben uns sher wohl gefühlt. Besonders erwähnenswert, ist die Ausstatung des Haushalts. Klasse die begehbare Dusche. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten super und trotz zentraler Lage, eine Ruhe am Abend, außer den gut gelaunten Enten im Kanal, aber dass sind ja schöne klänge aus der Natur. Auch die gastronomischen Angebote sind empfehlenswert.

I needed the place to stay in Berlin for about a month, in order to set myself up before moving there permanently and this place was perfect for this. This is a really beautiful flat in a well-maintained apartment block. The design is very functional and modern and you'll find there everything you need. The location for me was perfect, as I looked for a place to stay in or near Steglitz (this is technically in Lankwitz, but just accross the canal from Steglitz). There are frequent busees to S and U bahn station at the Stegltz town hall. There is also another S-bahn station (Lankwitz) nearby. You can get to the centre of Berlin pretty quickly as well and Steglitz itself is quite atractive, especially if you want to do some shopping or eat out. There is a supermarket (Reichelt) and a swimming pool nearby (5 mins or less both). Parking may be a bit tricky if you want to do it late in the evening - it is for free but perking spaces are limited..

Es hat alles super geklappt und es war insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!!!

Super saubere Wohnung in Lankwitz. Lage: gut mit allen Bussen zu erreichen. Man ist auch recht schnell am S-Bhf Lankwitz. Super Gastgeber - hat alles reibungslos geklappt.

Stayed at the apartment for a weeks holiday with my husband while revisiting Berlin last week.... And Wow could not fault it in anyway...from first arriving with its light ,clean ,modern airy feel.. To returning from a days sight- seeing and just relaxing on the balcony Faultless... Would recommend to anyone

die Wohnung ist optimal, um Ruhe zu finden und trotzdem ist Alles gut mit der S-Bahn bzw. Bus erreichbar.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung läßt keine Wünsche offen.

Sehr angenehme Einrichtung des Raumes - ruhig und doch nahverkehrstechnisch gut angebunden - schöne Spaziergänge am Kanal und Stadtpark möglich, um sich von Kulturmarathon Mitte zu erholen. Die Küche hat viele Dinge parat, man muss sich also nicht ärgern, wenn mal Salz, Zucker o.ä. fehlt - außerdem steht ein Willkommenspaket bereit, was uns nach 7 Std. Fahrt sehr gefreut hat.

Great appartment. My son was very happy, staying in Berlin for three days in August 2013.

Die Wohnung ist schön, zweckmäßig, einfach perfekt eingerichtet.

Die Unterkunft war super schön. Es hat echt viel Spaß gemacht in Berlin und mit so einer Unterkunft kann der Städtetripp nur gut werden. Auf jeden Fall werden wir uns diese Wohnung merken, falls wir wieder einmal nach Berlin kommen.

Die Wohung ist so wie beschrieben ..aber noch viel viel schöner !! Wir werden wiederkommen ,denn es war ein Traum ... Danke !!

sehr stilvoll und modern eingerichtet

Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Alles war sauber und ordentlich und im Kühlschrank fanden sich sogar Lebensmittel für den täglichen Bedarf. Es ist ruhig und die Verkehrsanbindung ist super. Einziges Manko war das Bett. Es quitscht und hängt in der Mitte durch.
Ansonsten war aber alles wirklich toll!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

The house was clean, modern and with a lot of space, just like a real home you can stay in.
Everything you needed ( for us a weekend) was already there:)
Its just 5/10 min walk to the metro station, with a direct connection 20min to Brandenburger Tor / Friedrichstrasse.
When i want to visit Berlin again i dont have to luck much further, i will come back again :)

Super Komfort, schöne ruhige aber doch zentrale Gegend (gute Anbindungen), man fühlt sich einfach wie zu Hause! Wir haben es sehr genossen!

This is one of the most amazing places I've stayed in! It's fantastically designed and decorated in a very comfortable way, it's fully equipped and it has an amazing view! I'd come back there any time I really loved it!
