Wie schon erwähnt Küche ohne Kaffeemaschine - mitnehmen! Dafür Filter und Wasserkocher vorhanden.Erstaunlich ruhige Wohngegend, allerdings permanente laute Durchsagen vom wenige Meter entfernten S-/U-Bahnhof. Uns hats nicht gestört. Dafür punktet die Lage mit der extremen Nähe zur Verkehrsanbindung (Station Jungfernheide) und viel schattiger Parkmöglichkeit. Im Sommer angenehm kühle Wohnung. Sehr einfach, leicht abgewohnt, einiges "zusammengeschustert", aber sauber. Lidl zu Fuß erreichbar. Wer keine großen Ansprüche stellt, ist mit dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bestens bedient. Würden wieder buchen.
