This is the perfect place to stay in Dresden. The flat is actually much bigger than it appears on the pictures.

Even though it is located very close to the "party spot" it is completly quit.
I was not lucky with the weather but the balcony is perfect if you visit in summer.
Also perfect for a longer stay (I stayed one month) as everything you could possibly need is available. -

Our stay in Dresden came in very tropical weather (36 to 37° celcius, even in the appartment itselve). There was no possibility to cool down the appartment al little bit. A little fan would be welcome. Some more light above the table in the livingroom could give the opportunety to read a book.

Our appartment was on the first floor, nice, clean and conveniently located. It's in a busy crossroad. Windows isolation is very good, no noise, though the whole place trembled when the tram passed by!
