This was our first 9flats experience, and I can only say positive things about it. We didn't meet Sidney until the morning after we arrived, but Jeffrey (Sidney's helper) gave us a warm welcome and all the information we needed to get started.
The bedroom is clean and comfortable, the bathroom is also spotlessly clean. Very nice to have use of the kitchen and the fridge. The internet was fast.
Our interaction with Sidney was quite limited, due to our packed schedule, but he was very helpful and accommodating. The location is very convenient with good bus and Tube connections nearby - it only took about 20 minutes to get to Charing Cross.
Considering the location, the flat is unbelievably quiet and peaceful. We found some nice pubs nearby to quench our thirst.
