It was clean with windows in each room. Kitchen facilities available. Lots of markets and super markets around block. Bars and shops. Appreciated the elevator, location 1 block from metro and bus stops.

Neighborhood very safe. By bus 35 minutes to LA Rambla. Each room had its on lock for security. Other guests very pleasant.

Nice apartment in a residential area that felt very safe and convenient for the metro. Issues with being woken early by noise from cars passing over a drain cover outside. Apartment generally very good and well appointed although our ensuite loo was faulty and constantly ran water unless you turned off the supply. Nice and clean though a little soulless, could do with a bit more warmth/art to make it feel cosier (and freshen up of the walls in places as a bit grubby) and more sitting room seating for if more than 4 stay. I would request more than one tea towel for convenience and also a welcome pack with local area map, info on where to buy groceries, recommended restaurants/bars, which bins are for what when taking out your rubbish etc. We found the pool a welcome little oasis after a hot days sightseeing, though unfortunatelywe all found it rather too cold to use unless you are swimming lengths to warm up! We will definitely be back to wonderful Barcelona. Thank you.

The house is really nice, and in an excellent complex. However its surrounded mostly by older, shabbier looking places which makes the area look a bit shady. We travelled in and out at all times though and it wasn't such a problem.
Its a 8-10 minute walk to L1 La Sagrera Metro, so its easy to get around. I'd recommend it for a short stay (3 to 4 days), because its very difficult to keep the place clean and liveable after that.
Traffic is a bit of a problem with loud sounds blaring in from the streets at all times of the day (even late at night and early in the morning). Not the host's fault though, so wouldn't hold that against him.
David was nice and replied almost instantly whenever we needed to ask anything. Kudos to him for a memorable stay at his placE
