Good value for money, ideal for a couple. The flat is nice and cozy, I felt like a Parisian. The ladder to enter the flat is steep so not recommend for people with walking difficulties. The neighborhood is not pretty, but it has everything you need, the flat is also close to the metro and we know how important it is in Paris. I would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment very much. It is cosy and everything you need is there. The metro is close by and the city centre or every other location in Paris is easy to reach. Also the area around the flat is worth to check out as there are some coffee and tea places as well as bars for the evening within short walking distance. Would stay there again!

Absolutely great. Received immediately help for any small problems I had, and felt at home at the apartment from day one!

Leonel is friendly and welcomed us very well. Does not speak much English, but we managed to communicate. Also lives near the flat so it is easy to report any problem or situation.

Mis anfitriones son encantadores y el único aspecto negativo es que yo no hablara francés. Aún así fluyó una comunicación muy agradable, amena y afable. Gracias a los dos!!
