This flat is perfect for anyone wishing to experience the Canal St.Martin area in the 10th. Besides looking out the windows and seeing the canal, you can also view Sacre Coeur which is beautiful at night. There are plenty of places to grab a drink/meal and shop as well. Secure building requiring key for both entrance doors. The description of this flat is accurate. Don't hesitate!

It has been a great pleasure to stay 10 days in Flore‘s wonderful apartment, that made us feel from the first moment being „at home“ in the 10th arrondissement. We will never forget the time we spend in Flore‘s world with the great view on the romantic Canal St. Martin. The apartment ist very comfortable und very clean. If we come back to Paris we will surely try to be again in Flores charming paradise with that lovely interior. Merci beaucoup, Flore.

This place was exactly what we wanted.....just perfect. The location is a dream. The view spectacular and our host just very sweet. The place offered such an ease and comfort. The trip to Paris was so nice...we felt like we were real Parisians and for one week we were!!!

I was positively surprised of the place, everything was pretty much perfect!

Die Inneneinrichtung war wie beschrieben. Leider war die Wohnung nicht gereinigt. Viele Haare auf dem Fußboden und Staub auf den Regalen. Nachdem wir den Schmutz beseitigt hatten war die Wohnung sehr gemütlich. Das Internet funktionierte nicht immer. Als Bettdecke gab es leider nur eine dünne Fleecedecke. Die Heizung spendete uns Wärme. Für den Sommer ist die Bettdecke sicher ausreichend. Die Lage der Wohnung ist schön und sehr ruhig. Das Zentrum ist per Metro/ Bus schnell erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es einen großen Supermarkt, sehr praktisch! Wenn die Wohnung gereinigt, wäre sie perfekt!

Tolles Appartment mit Blick auf den Canal St. Martin und das Sacré Coeur. Das Penthouse ist zwar nicht gross, dafür sehr stylisch eingerichtet. Ausserdem liegt das Appartment in einem guten Quartier, nur gerade wenige Geminuten bis zur Metro "République". Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die trendige Bar "Chez Prune" und in bester Reichweite finden sich sehr schöne und feine Restaurants, der beste Bäcker der Stadt, ein Supermarkt und viele schöne Boutiquen. Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert!

There is no need to write many things. The location is convenient, a 20 minute walk from gare de l'est. The appartment is small, but has everything that you need. It was clean and calm.

The studio is next to the canal st-martin, which is a very nice place to relax in the evening. The shops in the quarter offer everything you need and there are a lot of little cafés and restaurants.

The studio is well equipped and the furniture got class.

We too found the studio to be conveniently located and very comfortable. Everything is in good condition and the little kitchen is well equipped - there is even a nice coffee machine to get your day off to a good start! After a day walking round Paris, it's also handy that the sofa takes about three seconds to convert into a comfy bed!

Flore and Julien's apartment was the perfect place to stay in Paris. A nice stroll via Canal Saint Martin to the metro, making transport anywhere quick and easy. However, also walking distance to numerous great areas. The apartment itself was extremely clean, well equipped and very comfortable. All features were clearly explained and easy to navigate. I would highly recommend staying here if travelling to Paris. It will be our first choice of apartment on return.

This penthouse is perfectly located, decorated with excellent taste and provides all the comfort of a chic hotel. If you are looking for a flat in a nice part of Paris, close to the main train station Gare du Nord, cheap, next to the subway, comfortable and design: just go for it!
I had a great stay there and I wish I could stay much longer!

Un monde de blanc, de lumière, d'infini vous attend au 6ème et dernier étage de ce bel immeuble surplombant le canal st martin et ses écluses. L'eau est à vos pieds, le ciel à portée de main, Montmartre au loin vous tend les bras. Un penthouse de grand standing où les lauriers roses poussent sur les balcons et les herbes aromatiques embaument. C'est tout simplement un lieu de séjour magique dans un endroit idéalement situé.
