There is only wardrobe, bed and TV in the room, don´t wait anything special, but room is clean, bed is comfortable. Big advantage for this place is free WiFi.Disadvantage was, that the room was so cold, when we came.But for summer is great, that there is an air condition in the room. From photos on web you don´t know anything about accomodation, there is only bed and bathroom, which is common for 4 room. We hoped that there will be common kitchen, but there was no place, where we could cook - but if you want, you can have a breakfest from host.

The room looked differnet than in the pictures, was in a normal B&B. I thought it might be a bit too expensive. However it's Venice. It was nice that we could bring a dog with us without any problems.

Very clean property with an equally friendly cleaning lady. Also very handy location-right next to Venezia-Mestre train station and hence 10 minutes from Venezia-San Luca! Highly reccomended.

La proprieta' e' pulitissima e la donna delle pulizie molto gentile. Inoltre la posizione della pensione e' ottima, neanche 5 minuti dalla stazione Venezia-mestre e poi 10 minuti da Venezia-San Luca! Mi raccomando.

abu taleb cancelled a booking for lovely room only 9 days before arrival.

The host is friendly and helpful. We could check-in as soon as we came, although we came 4 hours before check-in time.

Ernesto was a fabulous host, letting us come and go with our own key as we pleased and genuinely seemed interested in our plans. He gave us advice and even telling me where to get a new camera charger as i'd left mine at home.

Ernesto e' stato un'ospite meravigloso, siamo arrivate e partite tranquilamente con le noste proprie chiavi e sembrava davvero interessarsi ai nostri proggetti. Ci ha dato dei consigli ed anche mi ha raccomandato dove si va a comprare una nuova carica batteria per la mia macchina fotografica che l'ho dimenticata a casa.
