Ane 5.0 19/04/2012This flat is situated in one of the most attractive areas of Berlin. The apartment has just been renovated and is clean, bright and quiet. After a 10 minutes walk through the Oberbaum Bridge you´ll find yourself in Warschauer Str. or in the East Side Gallery and in just a couple of minutes you´ll see the shore of the Spree and also a lot of bars, cafes and restaurants with very nice terraces if it is sunny.

Die Wohnung Lion`s Den ist schön.Die Möbel etc alles ok, nur die Küchenausstattung ist mäßig.Es waren nur 3 Messer da, kein scharfes Messer, die Gläser auch dürftig.
Das Geschirr war teilweise unsauber. -

We really enjoyed our stay at Zion. Having an apartment was so much better than a hotel, much more homely and great facilities. It made the trip a lot more affordable having our own kitchen. Really well situated near the U-Bahn and supermarkets, also really close to some amazing views along the river. If we come back to Berlin we'll definitely stay here!

Bad schimmlig und stinkig und ohne Steckdose: da es sonst keinen Spiegel gibt ist Haare föhnen und stylen unmöglich
sehr unbequeme Federkernmatratze, jede Feder ist zu spüren
Fenster muß beim schlafen geschlossen bleiben, da die Wohnung im 1. Stock an einer sehr lauten Straße liegt

Eric is a very nice host who cares about the wellness and accommodation of his guests. In his apartments you will see that everything is clean and in order and you´ll always find a folder with some information about interesting places to go to in the surroundings of the flat .

Eric was such a good host! He was waiting for us when we arrived and was super friendly! Loved that he'd made a guide to the local area, helped us find our feet a lot quicker (and some cool bars!) Thank you for being so helpful and being flexible with arrival and departure.
