Hi, My name is David. I am a freelancer art director. My area of work includes, Web Design and Development, photography and Theater/Film direction. I have moved to NY in 2004. Prior to that I have studied industrial Design in Milan, Italy. I have been traveling extensively all over the world loving all people from all walks of life.

Jasjot 5.0 10/06/2014The loft was gorgeous. Quiet part of town close to the metro (one stop on the 6 line to Manhattan) with a nearby supermarket. Friendly bar in the building if you don't fancy a long trek for a quick drink. The loft itself is light and airy, and the host has put in the extra touches to make it homely. Sound bar , guitar, ukelele and ipod dock for entertainment, wifi and a lovely roof terrace we never got around to fully taking advantage of during all the sightseeing. If I make it back to NY would definitely look into renting this place again!

Ich wollt gar nicht mehr weg. Von der Sekunde als ich in das Loft getreten bin hab ich mich wohl gefühlt. Sehr kreativ und individuell eingerichtet. Jede Menge Bücher, von denen ich aus Zeitgründen leider nur 3 ansehen und lesen konnte. Küchenausstattung super, hab alles kochen können was ich wollte, jede menge gewürze etc vorhanden gewesen. In der Dusche waren noch lange Haare auf dem Boden weil nur Grob gewischt wurde aber insgesamt war alles sehr sauber deshalb kein echtes Kriterium für mich. Es war als hätte mir ein guter alter freund seine Schlüssel für seine Wohnung überlassen. Die Nachbarschaft/Gegend ist etwas heruntergekommen. Wenn man sich Nachts in die falschen gegenden verirrt kanns nicht ungefährlich werden. Einziges Manko für mich der Lärm durch irgendwelche arbeiten, transporte und die Schnellstrassen von beiden Seiten. Trotzdem wär ich gern länger geblieben und würde jederzeit wieder Buchen.

The apartment was easy to find, trust it's the right address! Lovely space with a great feeling. Supermarket, subway etc all very close.

If you wanna have a real bohemian experience that is your place. Here you will have an amazing real loft just 10 minutes from Manhattan by train. There you will have all the amenities you need, even a library full of books to read. And you can get there even with your car, because you will have your own parking place!!!

Very accomodating with arrival and departure times but as we had no issues with the apartment we had very little need for contact.

I really enjoyed my trip to this nice city, and David's warm welcome truly contributed to this good experience. He provided lots of information and advice to make my stay easier.
