Apartamento muy bien situado y de fácil acceso en zona tranquila. Hemos dormido genial. Sin lujos pero todo funciona de forma adecuada. Volveríamos al mismo apartamento sin dudarlo. Nos ha encantado. Y Venecia impresionante!!!

zentral gelegen, an einem Seitenkanal, wo man am Frühstückstisch sitzend Boote und Gondeln beobachten kann. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet: bezogenes Bett, Handtücher, Fön, Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr und Besteck, Korkenzieher, Waschmaschine usw. In der Umgebung liegen nette, nicht überteuerte Lokale, Bäcker, Supermärkte, der Markt (Rialto) ist nicht weit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. (Ehepaar 70 J. jung)

The location is directly in the center of venezia a little bit off the tourist roads so that you have some quiet space there. Alvise always makes sure that you have everything you need and answers all the questions you could have within the minute. ;)

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral und ist durch die Nähe zur Waserbusstation S. Stae ein idealer Ausgangspunkt.
Wohnung liegt direkt an einem Seitenkanal des Canal Grande und man hat einen typischen Ausblick aus dem Küchenfenster. Das Viertel ist mit netten Caffés und Restaurants ausgestattet.

place is great, perfect location.

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber gemütlich. Besonders gut hat uns der Essplatz mit Blick auf den Kanal gefallen. Viele interessante Ziele sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich aber auch eine Vaporetto-Station. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist in Ordnung. Insgesamt ist sie aber schon etwas abgenutzt.

Appartment has perfect size for 2 people. Excellent location very close to Rialto and vaporetto and traghetto, but it's a quiet place. You have all the stuff you need for cooking and dinning and even have a coffee/tea. Cleaning was ok but there is space for improvement... Was great. I recommend.

Appartment lag ruhig und doch nah bei Rialto. Leider sehr dunkel!
Schöner Eßplatz am Kanal. Küchenausstattung schon sehr überstrapa-
ziert! Gut für Paare, die nicht viel in der Wohnung sein wollen und nicht
selbst kochen wollen (obwohl der Rialto-Markt toll ist und es in der Nähe sehr gute Lebensmittelläden gibt.

beautiful apartment - great central location - quiet - nice hosts

Die Wohnung ist für ein Wochenende optimal. Einfach und klein, aber alles da was man braucht. Die Lage ist prima, man hört die entfernten Geräusche vom Canale Grande, stört aber nicht sehr. Bett(en) sind sehr bequem. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Für alle geeignet, die keinen großen Luxus brauchen, sondern einfach eine schöne Unterkunft zu einem bezahlbaren Preis suchen.

Emplacement idéal et stratégique, aussi bien pour l'accès à l'aéroport San Marco, que pour la visite de la ville (vaporetto à 3 min, Rialto à moins de 10 min). Quartier très agréable, sans la foule des spots touristiques, avec toutes les commodités (restaurants, boulangerie, supermarché, commerces...).
Appartement bien agencé, pas étriqué ; cuisine fonctionnelle.
Seul bémol : le ménage était très léger à notre arrivée mais cela n'a pas entravé notre séjour qui reste un merveilleux moment.

Lage wirklich gut, Anreise mit viel Gepäck nicht zu empfehlen da über zahlreiche kleine Treppen geschleppt werden muss (Wohnung dürfte so im 3. Stockwerk sein).
Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, Bad tip-top, Handtücher stehen zur Verfügung.
WLAN war leider nicht verfügbar, sollte in der Preisklasse schon möglich sein.

Sehr nette, kleine, zentral gelegene Unterkunft mit Blick auf kleinen Kanal. Trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig! Tolle Unterkunft, nette kleine Küche, top ausgetattet!

Die Wohnung hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Sie wurde anscheinend erst kürzlich komplett renoviert und wirkt dadurch sehr modern. Ausgestattet ist sie mit fast allem, was das Herz begehrt. Wir waren zwar immer auswärts essen, hätten aber auch gut kochen können. Was uns ein wenig gefehlt hat, war Internet über WLAN. Hierfür mussten wir auf Cafés ausweichen. Für Leute, die Probleme mit der Fortbewegung haben, ist das Apartment nicht optimal, da mehrere steile Treppen überwunden werden müssen. Wer sich fit halten will, freut sich also :) Die Lage nahe San Marco ist optimal, gerade mal 2 Gehminuten vom Markusplatz entfernt. Der Bootsanlegeplatz bei San Zaccaria ist in 3-4 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Alles war prima, es hat uns super gefallen.

The apartment is about two corners from St Marco, in a great location. It is newly renovated, very nicely decorated and equipped for cooking. We were 4 people and had enough space, without feeling clustered.

it is on a 3 floor, so be ready to climb a few steep steps. :)

The apartment is ideally located, less than 5 minutes walk from St. Marko. We even saw Redentore's fireworks and the almost-full moon from the bedroom window, which was super-romantic. Added to the romance was the bedroom itself, which had a door...
The apartment is beautifully designed, spacious enough for our family of five, and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and towels and bedding were plentiful.

Ein Traum! Sehr zu empfehlen!
Die Wohnung liegt zentral und in Nähe der Rialtobrücke, oder in der anderen Richtung das Studentenviertel mit Supermarkt und etwas günstigeren Lokalen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die ersten Tage gingen wir alles zu Fuß (das spart Vaporetto-Gebühren). Getränke (gegen kleine Gebühr) im Kühlschrank und gratis Kaffee sind vorhanden.
Kleiner Tipp meinerseits: Frühstück mit zum nahe gelegenen Steg nehmen und beobachten wie Venedig langsam erwacht. :-)
Ein ganz kleiner Abzug für die Boote welche Morgens und Abends beim Fenster vorbei fahren und für ein wenig Lärm sorgen, was mich aber kaum gestört hat.

vraiment une belle location. bien située. seul petit bémol, il est au 2eme étage et comme j'étais avec 2 personnes agées, ce n'était pas facile mais une fois arrivées, tout était bien.

El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos, es una monada, muy calentito y muy agradable.
En cuanto a la ubicación nos costó encontrarlo pero enseguida te haces con las calles. La zona es bastante centrica y tienes la parada de S. Stae del vaporeto practicamente al lado del apartamento.

Staying in this flat had been a pleasure. It is very central and the public transportation is almost infront of the door.
The apartment has all you need for a comfortable time - the host has even prepared all you need for having a great breakfast in the sweet kitchen.(from where you can see one of the venezian canals and watching boats going by)

It is tidy,clean and cosy. :-)
