Eine wunderbare und top ausgestattete 1-Zimmer-Wohnung inkl. WLAN.
Unsere Erwartungen wurden auf jeden Fall übertroffen! Wir würden diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

- sehr gute Verbindung zur Innenstadt

Excellent apartment, very functional to our needs. We are a family with a 3 years old boy and we really enjoyed our vacation in Munich. The flat is quiet and the position is excellent because it is close to a huge supermarket and 15 minutes from Marienplatz ! i would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Munich!

Sehr easy und schoen eingerichtet, alles noetige in der wohnung vorhanden und auch die umgebung ist super.
Very easy and beautiful arranged flat, all day needs already there even the surrounding area is superb.
Will go there later this year for sure!

We travel a lot and visiting many apartments, but this apartment was the best. Very clean, good location, all equipment in good order. Tea, coffee, spices and many many other things. Very high recomended.

Schöne, große und saubere 1-Zimmer-Wohnung. Hell und gemütlich mit Balkon. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bushaltestelle innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Balanstraße ist viel befahren, so dass man sich erst an den Lärm gewöhnen muss, wenn man wie ich vom Land kommt. Aber das wird überall in München so sein.
