Caroline 5.0 08/09/2015Ein wirklich ebenso liebevoll wie stilvoll eingerichtetes Appartment in einer interessanten und für Köln sehr netten Umgebung. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, problemlos das Auto abzustellen. Ein Supermarkt und eine Bank keine 100 Meter entfernt.

The apartment was very well situated & close to all amenities including: tram station (20 minute ride to the city centre) supermarket, restaurant & cafes, bakeries, open market (Tuesday & Friday's), lovely gardens for exercising & even hairdressers.
An additional bonus was that the apartment opened out onto a patio with a lovely garden to overlook whilst relaxing. -

The apartment is really nice and really clean! It is super cute and just like it looks in the pictures. The bedroom is actually bigger than expected as you don't see the extra space at the end of the bed in the pictures! The apartment is in a great location and the grocery store is literally a minute walk away as is the tram. It is really nice to look out the windows and see a beautiful garden! Something that may need mentioning but is not an issue for most people is the rooms don't have doors to separate them. I only mention this because I have a crawling, exploring baby and this means I have to constantly watch him every second because he can go from one room to the next in seconds. Despite the fact that there aren't doors the sound was never an issue for us because the bedroom and the living room are separated by a hallway. You can however hear children in the morning walking to school if you are not an early riser. The apartment is great though and I would HIGHLY recommend it!!

Ruhige Lage, Strassenbahn in unmittelbarer Nähe; gut ausgestattete Wohnung, modern eingerichtet. Schöner Garten.
Wir haben die Wohnung schon weiter empfohlen. -

Super ruhige Lage, aber mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung in die Innenstadt (15min mit S-Bahn). Wohnung wie beschrieben, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, alles neu und sehr sauber.

Both Ute & Stefan were very friendly & welcoming & provided great ideas for things to do & places to go around the city. Thank you to you both for making our visit to Koln so memorable.

What can I say about the host other then they are GREAT!!! Seriously they are some of the nicest people I have met! They are accommodating, friendly and did a excellent job of making us feel at home! I honestly think you cannot ask for better hosts. I also would not only highly recommend this apartment because it's really nice but Ute and her husband will make sure your stay is enjoyable!! You cannot go wrong staying with them! :)
