The flat is well described by the host. The flat is cozy yet fully met the accomodation for a family of 4-5 people with kids. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything is clean and tidy. The place is closed to metro station, and dynamics nearly of asian supermarket/restaurants. Prepare yourself if you bring along heavy luggages as the flat is at 3rd floor without elevator. To sum up, the place is good value for money, and I would definitely come back here if travel with family with reasonable budget.

Charmante, für vier Personen ausreichend große Altbauwohnung. Alles vorhanden, was man für die kurze Zeit, die man in der Wohnung verbringt, braucht .Ruhig gelegen in einem Hinterhof, verlässt man diesen aber, tritt man ins pulsierende Leben von Paris. Geschäfte mit allem, was man braucht, Restaurants, Bistros usw. Nur wenige Minuten von den Metrostationen entfernt, auch vom Bahnhof Gare d' Est schnell erreichbar.

Gute zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig!

Zwei separate Schlafzimmer waren für uns ganz wichtig. Die Lage der Wohnung war spitzenmäßig! Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt!

It needs a good clean! There was no dish drying towel which is unhelpful. The shower leaks all over the floor. There was no mention of a deposit required and 2nd day in I was given a French paper to sign which I would not because I could not read it and a demand for a deposit. The floor between apartments is very noisy and upstairs neighbours kept us awake all hours of the night stomping around their flat.

The appartment was as described, clean, very well equipped and in a nice area of Paris. We were very satisfied with everything, the key was left for us and someone came to pick up the deposit. The only thing that bothered us was the cleaning lady. She arrived way too early and started cleaning whilst we were packing and getting ready. Overall we can recommend this appartment and had a nice time there.

The flat is situated in the 3rd floor looking on a quiet courtyard - 3 minutes walk from the Metro Station, equipped with Coffee Machine, Waterboiler, Toaster, everything you need is there. Supermarkets  and Bakerys in the street. It is a very multicutural aerea, you shouldn't miss the Belleville Market on Friday - just a few minutes walk up the street between the Metro Stations Belleville and Menilmontent.
You will feel fine in this place and I am sure this will help you to make your stay in Paris a success.
I would like to stay there again on my next trip to Paris.
