hey there, I am a Cologne resident since more than 20 years now, having studied here and have been working since 15 years, the last 12 years with my own company. I love the metropolitan way of life - I love to travel myself and like to go either on long trips anywhere in the world or on weekendtrips within Europe.

The best pace to stay when you are in Cologne. Close to the center, next to a fantastic park, very well communications. We found all we needed for our comfort in this historical building. A great place to recommend!

Die Unterkunft bietet viel Platz und war für das Champions League Wochenende ideal. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber.
Von der Lager her ist sie auch sehr gut. Zur U-Bahn läuft man 10 min und von dort aus sind es vier Haltestellen bis zum Sendlinger Tor bzw. fünf zum Marienplatz.
Preis/ Leistung ist für München top. -

Nice, bright flat with a lot of space - perfect for groups. Quiet and beautiful common garden. Optional bedroom and balcony: 4 stars without optional balcony and bathroom, 5 stars within optional rooms.

Fabulous apartment, within easy walking distance of all of Cologne's visitor attractions. Warm and comfortable, with a great coffee machine, and we loved the high ceilings and large windows.

The apartment was lovely and quite quiet considering it was on a main road. My children slept on the front and weren't disturbed. Everything we needed was there and we loved having the underfloor heating. Located close to an underground station so very convenient for travelling around.

Ein wunderschöner Altbau und wirklich noch sehr zentral. Zu Fuss biste in 20 Minuten am Dom. Wohnung einfach top gerne wieder. Vielleicht schon Anfangs nächsten Jahres.

Good location, had both a mixture restaurants and fast food places within walking distance. The apartment itself had everything we needed for the holiday.

Wir waren zu acht für eine Nacht auf der Wiesn und haben eine Unterkunft gebraucht nur zum Übernachten. Dafür war die Lage und auch der Keller super. Hohe Ansprüche wie seperate Dusche darf man nicht haben aber es gab wenigstens eine :-)
Zu Fuß war man wirklich in 10 Minuten an der Wiesn und gute Bus und Ubahn Anbindung um überhaupt vom Hbf hin zu kommen. Thumbs up!!
Nächstes Jahr gleich wieder :-)

Olaf was very kind and very generous with us. He gave us all the explanations we requested and even a map of the city with the most interesting places to visit. Nice!

Olaf hat sich unmittelbar nach der Buchung bei mir gemeldet, um mir die weitere Vorgehensweise zu erklären. Obwohl er selber nicht bei der Schlüsselübergabe dabei sein konnte hat er alles organisiert, damit nichts schiefgeht. Zur Vergewisserung hat er sich auch noch mal nach meiner Ankunft bei mir gemeldet und am nächsten Tag auch noch mal.
Insofern fanden wir den Gastgeber nach 9flats Kriterien "fantastisch". -

We didn't get to meet Olaf, which was a shame, but he was very pleasant in all his dealings both before and during our trip to Cologne. I'd happily recommend him to others.
