Unproblematisch war die Schlüsselübergabe, Bettbezüge,Handtücher:alles feucht und modrig Doppelbett,Sofa,Luftmatratze:Zimmer=komplett zugestellt,niemals 8 Personen(wir waren 4) Waschbecken verstopft,Bad:klafften zwei Löcher,Blick ins schwarze Rohrsysteme.Herd: Topf mit verfaulten Essensresten. Endreinigung:NO,Wohnung wird illegal vermietet. Bar im Erdgeschoss: WE immer laute Musik bis in den Morgen, Wohnung noch nicht fertig, Stadtlage okay: öffentl.Verkehrsmittel fix erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut, sichere Gegend

A really great appartment with a perfect location.

This is a great place on central Manhattan.
It is a quite small appartment; and you will cover most of the floor for 9 people to sleep there :)
But all in all; a great place, wonderful view and totally value for money.
Absolutely recommended!

Nach Schlüsselübergabe nicht mehr erreichbar. Erst wieder am Tag vor der Abreise. Laut Mietern im Haus: illegale Vermietung. Deshalb: nicht mehr anmieten, 9flats sollte es aus dem Angebot streichen
