Il y avait même des nouveautés.
La déco le rend très cosy donc très agréable pour notre séjour entre amis. L'emplacement idéal pour découvrir la capitale.
Une vue juste incroyable, la Tour Eiffel magique de nuit, magistrale pour le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse (un peu étroite mais amplement suffisante).
C'était notre première expérience pour ce genre de location et je vais garder les coordonnées bien précieusement pour recommander ou renouveler. -

The appartment is situated in a very nice area of Paris only 2km from the Eiffel Tower with many nice food stores nearby. The interior is very tasty, modern and comfortable. We enjoyed the very nice view directly onto the Eiffel Tower from several rooms. Also the belcony with its little garden is perfect for bar-b-q and a glass of wine at night.

Tolle, geräumige, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit Blick auf den Eiffelturm von dem offenen Wohn-,Essbereich aus! Wow! Sehr gemütlich, außerdem kann in der gut ausgestatteten Küche auch super selber kochen. Metzgereien, Supermärkte und Gemüsehändler alles in Fußnähe! Metrostation ebenfalls. Für Familien mit Kindern sehr gut geeignet. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt.

Martins home in Paris is fantastic. We spent 6 nights there and enjoyed it very much. From the first moment you walk in, you are impressed with funky decor and the apartment layout. You have a lift that opens up straight into your living room - we found that pretty cool! The renovations that have been done are great. The open plan kitchen is fantastic allows you a great open space to cook and to take in the wonderful Paris skyline. The view to the Eiffel Tower is brilliant. There are two bathrooms and three bedrooms, so there s loads of space. All in all, a great place to stay.

Very beautiful apartment on two floors with a lovely view on the Eiffel tower and great stores within two minutes walking distance with a huge choice of French restaurants and traditional shops.

The apartment is nothing short of spectacular. The two terraces with a hammock and the everlasting presence of the Eiffel Tower in the distance accompanies you on the top of this tall apartment building. A barbecue on the terrace, a full kitchen perfect for entertaining, this place is ideal for spending the spring or summer in Paris. Three rooms are perfect for a bunch of friends or a family. Enough bathrooms to accommodate everyone comfortably, including a shower with a view of the Eiffel Tower, imagine that. Martin was the perfect host for us. The communication was very good, even before we arrived at the appartment. Martin sent us a lot of useful ingormation about his appartment and the area near by. He was there when we arrived, spoke excellent English and welcomed us very friendly with a good bottle of red wine.

Martin hat im Apartment auf uns gewartet. Er war ungalublich nett und hat uns sofort Essen und Trinken angeboten sowie uns alles Wichtige erklärt. Der Kontakt zu ihm war sehr unkompliziert und es hat alles gut geklappt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei ihm wohnen! Man kann ihm voll vertrauen.

Our host Martin and his wife and children are very nice people. They welcomed us in a very happy and friendly way. They left us some beautiful food and wine to enjoy. They spoke good English, which made the checking easy. The whole experience dealing with Martin was first rate and you could not wish to deal with better people.

Martin and his wife did everything to make our stay just perfect. Immedaiet reply to all questions via email, a lot of important information about the surrounding area and even some French delicatessen as welcome gift!

I was very happy to find Martin when I arrived a little late. He was kind and offered me a drink as I came in. I was able to meet his son while I was taking the pictures throughout the apartment and he showed the same kindness as his father.
