The room is perfectly located, has a small but private bathroom and Maria serves a very nice breakfast. Everything is perfectly organized. We liked it very much!

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof und Busbahnhof sowie Bootshaltestellen hat die An und Abreise sehr einfach gestaltet. Die Unterkunft war sehr leise und die Lage im wunderschönen Stadtteil S. Croce machte schon den Start zur Erkundung von Venedig zauberhaft.

La camera è in posizione perfetta per visitare la bella venezia e inoltre è molto pulito. abbiamo goduto nostre vacanze da Maria!

Everything was great. No disappointments. The room is located on the ground floor so it's rather dark but it doesn't matter - if you come to Venice you shouldn't spend too much time in the room during the day:) Despite the fact it's grand floor it is a very silent place (great to sleep).

Very close to bus and railway station, easy to find, quiet, clean, comfortable place to stay, good value for money, not to far away from tourist visit places. Breakfasts, fresh buns to your room at time which suits you. Will recomend to my friends.

Just opposite the Venice Central Train station across the bridge (3 mins walk). Very good location especially you are planning to take the vaporetto (near the train station) for sight seeing or catch a early train. However, if by walking, it's around 20 mins the Railto, and around 30mins to San Macro.
There is no internet.Other than that, the stay was very good. A good value for Money. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable, have own private toilet, some books and magazine to read, daily breakfast in the room and a welcome sparking wine was provided.

Un lugar muy bien ubicado para pasear por Venecia. La habitación muy acogedora, nos gusto mucho.

La camera nella quale ho alloggiato con mia moglie, è in perfetta posizione per visitare Venezia situata nel centro storico in zona stazione Santa Lucia.
E' spaziosa, pulita e composta da un letto matrimoniale ed un letto singolo, un bagno privato, un frigo, un microonde ed un tavolino estraibile sul quale c'è stata offerta la colazione.
Consiglio questa stanza perchè a Venezia (CENTRO), sfido chiunque a trovare un altro alloggio alla stessa cifra con bagno privato.

Maria is a very very nice lady, very flexible with schedulle. She also prepared a nice home made breakfast at the time requied.

Die Gasgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Verständigung war mit ein paar Brocken Englisch, Deutsch und Italienisch jederzeit möglich. Auch auf die Frühstückswünsche wurde eingegangen und das war mehr als in Italien üblich.

Maria is a wonderful host. She speaks English enough to communicate and is so nice and helpful person. I definitely recommend to stay there!

La Sig.ra Garlato è una persona spassosa, sorridente e disponibile. E' stata attenta che non ci mancasse nulla durante il nostro alloggio.
