Julia 5.0 20/10/2013The flat was very central, clean and comfortable. Meeting there people from different countries (they have got another romm to let), sitting on the roof terrace in the moonshine with a glas of wine was as kind as visiting the wonderfull town of rome - a phantastic experience.

Very comfortable, central and clean. We had a very good time at the B&B. Great to relax after a long day walking around the city. Near to nice Restaurants, the Metro station, the Collosseum and Forum Romanum. The street is quiet at night. All in all a great place to stay.

Il B&B si trova in una posizione molto centrale, vicinissimo alla Stazione Termini, ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici e, al tempo stesso, consente di raggiungere anche a piedi, le bellezze artistiche offerte dalla capitale.
Potrete scegliere tra due camere: una matrimoniale e l'altra tripla.
Stanze spaziose, luminose, arredate con uno stile semplice e con precisione. Il bagno è in comune e troverete una doccia.
La colazione verrà servita nella cucina e avrete la massima disponibilità del gestore in relazione agli orari.
Ambiente molto pulito e rilassante. Vi sentirete come a casa!!!!!!!!! -

Il B&B si trova al centro della capitale, vicinissimo alla Stazione Termini, ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici e, al tempo stesso, consente di raggiungere anche a piedi le bellezze artistiche romane.
Potrete scegliere tra la camera matrimoniale e la camera tripla. Sono molto spaziose, luminose e pulite. Il bagno è in comune ed ha una doccia. La colazione verrà servita nella cucina e avrete la massima flessibilità di orari. E' arredato con semplicità e precisione. L'atmosfera del B&B è davvero rilssante. -

Sehr schöne Unterkunft im Herzen von Rom. Nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuss vom Hauptbahnhof Roma Termini und damit super zur An- und Abreise sowie Erkundung der Stadt!
Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und man bekommt von den Gastgebern alles was man braucht.

Luca and his german girl friend Nicole are extraordinary hosts. They are absolut friendly, have a lot of special tips, one evening they cooked a very yummy pasta-meal for us. We felt at home at their flat and we will come again with pleasure.

Nicole and Luca are the friendliest and most helpful hosts you can imagine. We got a lot of good hints to nice spots in Rome and some very nice Restaurants. With a good breakfast we could start a new day in the beautiful city of Rome. The next time in Rome we will stay at your playe again :) Thanks again for a good time at your house!!!

Noch besser als die Unterkunft ist die Gastfreundschaft der Gastgeber. Vom gemeinsamen Essen über Tipps zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und netten Gesprächen über jegliche Themen die einem so liegen.
Es wird italienisch, englisch und sogar deutsch gesprochen. :-)_______________________
Perfect hosts who made this stay so wonderful! You can eat and talk togther with them, if you like and you will get many informations for your stay in Rome.
