This post will help to introduce myself : Bonjour ! My mother is a tour leader and I personally run a b&b. I love this job and that is why I've decided to help some friends to rent their place or do bed and breakfast. I live in Paris since year 2000 and I can tell I know it pretty well... I would love to give my best tips about the city (restaurants, museums, typical streets and neighborhoods) if it helps you to spend a memorable stay. I hope to read you soon ! All b&b listed are friends and rooms have been checked and approved to be b&b. ATTENTION!!! Some people don't know that bed and breakfast in Paris is intend to be a room inside a living in flat. So you share with the owner the flat and she/he will give you more tips on how to get around than any body else. Be sure you read the description. Jenny

Iris 4.0 11/06/2013Schöne Gegend, saubere, große Wohnung mit viel Licht, in der wir uns sehr Wohl gefühlt haben. Tolle Aussicht aus dem 6. Stock (Aufzug!)auf Sacré Coeur. Das Bett im ersten Zimmer ist ein Futonsofa und wirklich bretthart, das Bett im zweiten Zimmer ist prima, genauso wie das Ausziehsofa im 3. Zimmer. Wenn man 3 Betten/Zimmer belegen möchte, sollte man das allerdings vorher mit der Vermieterin klären, sonst bekommt man nur zwei bezogene Betten und zwei große Bettdecken. Handtücher gibt's auch, aber keinen Fernseher, was aber in Paris ja egal sein dürfte...

B&B vraiment joli et très propre. Se situant dans un quartier tranquille du 15ème arrondissement à coté du métro 12 et à 10 minutes de la Gare Montparnasse. Autour de la maison Il ya beaucoup de restaurants, Boulangeries et activitées. Vous avez à disposition une chambre avec un lit matrimoniale, un petit armoire et un miroir avec un style déco très particulier. Dans la chambre il y la salle de bain, avec la douche et le lavabo. Il y à une terrasse intérieur très lumineuse et confortable surtout pendant l'Eté. Le petit déjeuner est très abondante et servie dans la jolie cuisine.
Je conseil fortement ce B&B, il sera surement à la hauteure de vos attentes!

Really really central. Everything important in walking distande including a shopping street around the corner, where you can every food you'll dream of when you go to France. We really recommend it.
When you stay as a group of 6 there won't be many comfy seats, but everything you need for a city stay is there plus lots of space. Kitchen well equipped. One bed is very hard, you need to like it really hard (it's like outdoor camping). Only an issue when six are staying, the other beds are brillo. We would recommend the flat! -

Marc’s cozy home is located in the plain center of marvelous Paris – a better location to discover the city you can probably not find easily. Our summary: lovely city, clean and comfortable room and a host, which gives your stay a charming personal touch. Thank you, Marc!

Das Besondere an meiner Unterkunft war, dass mir kurzfristig (10 Tage vor Reiseantritt ) mitgeteilt wurde, ich könne sie - leider - nicht beziehen.

sehr gute lage, schönes & geräumiges appartment, küche gut ausgestattet. durch die übergangszeit etwas zugig - heizung war nicht aktivierbar, doch das fiel kaum ins gewicht. alles in allem ein toller aufenthalt!

Bon accueil. Un certain charme des lieux ...mais c'est beaucoup trop cher (95 euros/nuit) pour des équipements imparfaits: pas de fauteuil ni de chaise dans la chambre, rien pour accrocher manteau et vêtements, pas d'eau chaude au lavabo, une pomme de douche très ordinaire, des trous dans le mur et une porte changée non repeinte, pas de sèche-cheveux attribué à la salle de douche etc.
Dommage !

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer sehr besonderen Wohnung. Der Ausblick auf Paris ist außergewöhnlich, fast wie auf den Postkarten, die Möbel sind neu und modern. Kleinere Defekte am Parkettboden und an einem Fensterglas, die beide repariert werden sollten.

Jenny haben wir nicht getroffen, aber die Schlüsselübergabe und der "Check-Out" bei ihren Mitarbeitern hat reibungslos geklappt. Wenn man irgendwelche Wünsche oder Probleme hat, sollte man sich jedoch gleich telefonisch bei Jenny melden und nicht bei der Concierge, sonst passiert nichts.

Some small hitches (we didn't get the door code and on weekends you need it to get into the house. We had to wait till a neighbor came by.) But other wise: Very helpful and servive orientated. We would always got to one of her flats because of the good organisation! And we were allowed an earlier arrival.

Apart from the elegant apartment, which makes you immediately feel home, it is him, who made our stay unforgettable: his hospitality is beyond any expectation! We are very lucky to have met such a pleasant person – in shortest time he made us feel like being friends for years.

Il est certain que la commission de l'intermédiaire est selon moi beaucoup trop importante. Bon contact avec la réelle propriétaire des lieux.

Jenny und ihre Leute waren leicht zu erreichen und immer sehr freundlich. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir alles für unser erstes Frühstück bereits eingekauft. Eine sehr nette Willkommens-Geste.
