This student-quater near the main station is very alive, special in the nights, and it' s not easy, to avoid participation.
From the roof-terrasse you have a good panoramic view, but nothing is prepaired, to make it cosy or comfortable.

Within 10 minutes walking distance of the main train station, lots of students and artists around the flat. Very nice atmosphere.

The flat itself was very clean and perfectly fine!

First of all I want to mention that the description of the apartment is equal to the reality. The apartment is big and well (modern)-furnished. There is a huge roof terrace that is shared with all other tenants. The condition of the apartment is good and it was clean. Both beds are nice and comfortable, I slept very well. Everything was alright with the apartment. But just one little thing was that the bedding as well as the pillow case were not fresh.

We were two people in this place and so we had each an own room which was great and there was also enough space for your belongings. If you need to e.g. write or read something there are enough desks. And the wifi worked perfectly and it is secured which is important to me.

All in all it is a very good place to live in Rome and over all the communication with Enrico was perfect. He is a very nice and good landlord.
