Hi There - I am an IT manager in one of the financial firms in NY. I have a pretty hectic work week stretching from 8:30 AM - 7:30 PM. I am not a nosy person. I like things organised and clean.

Everything is just as described. A nice room and bathroom all to yourself. Sharing the kitchen and livingroom is perfectly fine.
A grocery store is just across the street for everything you might need. Connection to NYC by bus or PATH is quick and perfect to discover the city.
I can recommend this place to everyone who is not willing to pay a lot of money for a hotel in NYC. The perfect place to stay.

Denzil and Joyce are fantastic hosts. Helpful whenever I needed them. They made me feel at home right away. I would go back anytime I would go to this area again.
