Even if the location and apartment is cheap, the description was a lie! Unfortunately, the apartment did not even come close to the description we found online. It was an absolute no go for a family of four. But to be honest, even if I had been alone I would not have stayed! The following are only some of our numerous complaints!
•In no way was it mentioned anywhere that the apartment was located in the basement without any windows or daylight. We would have never booked the apartment had we known this. •The entrance was extremely low. Even the kids had to duck in order to get in! •The staircase leading down to the apartment was hard to master even for adults and the kids were so scared they hardly made it down stairs at all. •The bathroom was a complete joke. •Thick mold covered the ceiling in the bathroom!!•The ceiling was so low that no normal adult human being is able to stand upright in there. Concerning the kitchen, there was not enough silverware even for only four people.

Suficiente, pero escasamente dotado; pocos elementos de comodidad y menos aún de cocina, deja que desear bastante.

el gran angular de la foto engaña mucho. es muy cutre, no esta muy limpio, y las instalaciones son básicas, en algun punto insuficientes, porque no habia sabanas para las 2 camas. para el sofa cama no habia ni sabanas, ni colcha, ni manta.... habia jabon de manos, papel higienico, lavavajillas, aceite, sal, azucar y cafe. utiles de cocina bastante bien. pero tb habia un olor al entrar, como a basura. esta muy bien situado, porque esta junto a la plaza de españa, al inicio/final de gran via.

Für den Preis okay.Zwar durch die Hinterhof -Lage ziemlich dunkel,dafür ruhig. Lage optimal-nah an der Plaza Espana mit Kneipen und Supermärkten um die Ecke.

Die Lage des Apartments war sehr zentral und trotzdem war es sehr ruhig.Es funktionierte alles in der Wohnung, vor allem warmes Wasser und die Dusche.War alles gut.

The location of the flat and the flat itself were perfect! Only a few minutes away from the main shopping street (gran via) and directly at "place de espana". A supermarket (DIA) was just around the corner and to "placa de puerta de sol" it's just a 10-minute-walk. The kitchen has all you need, but the dishes were dirty and the washmachine didn't work.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe des Palacio Real, der Straße Gran Via mit vielen Vergnügungsmöglichkeiten und auch eine Metrostation ist fussläufig schnell erreichbar.
Die Wohnung war gepflegt und nett eingerichtet, allerdings etwas hellhörig. Die Terrasse war größer als durch das Foto erwartet. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung für einen Städtetrip nach Madrid zu empfehlen!

Gostei muito da localização do apartamento, mesmo no centro e dava para visitar tudo a pé... para duas pessoas o apartamento está muito bem mas o problema da água quente e da limpeza deixam um pouco a desejar... quando um tomava banho tinhamos de esperar quase 30 min para que o outro pudesse ter agua quente. Relativamente à limpeza é muito má, os lençóis da cama tinham cabelos e pareciam não ter sido mudados assim como o caixote do lixo estava com lixo apanhado do chão e muito pó em toda a casa.

Es ist eine Wohnung im Untergeschoss. Die Fenster lagen zu 2/3 unter dem Gehweg, damit ist es in der Wohnung sehr dunkel. Die Wohnung war sehr schmutzig (z.B. Zahnpasta des Vormieters im Waschbecken), das Mobiliar verwohnt und schmutzig (das weisse Sofa war vor Schmutz beige), die Wohnung roch nach Rauch, trotz eines großen No smoking Schildes. Die Übergabe und die Kommunikation waren korrekt. Wir haben die Wohnung nach 10 min. verlassen und sind in ein Hotel.

Petit mais très agréable. Très bien pour des jeunes personnes qui souhaitent visiter Madrid. Mobilier pratique.

The flat is perfectly located, close to plaza Espania and with very good metro connection. The flat is rather functional, but it was clean and had everything we needed. As it is a basement flat, keeping the windows open can be quite noisy although the street is not too busy. Another plus is definitely that it is just around the corner of Templo del Debod, a nice park and beautiful sunset spot! :-)
