I would be very happy to welcome you in this nice Eiffel Flat. I speak French, Spanish and English. The flat has a beautiful view to the eiffel tower and is very close to the Louvres Museum and Galeries Lafayette shopping mall. I give you the keys when you arrive. I'll provide all the information you need about the neigboardhood, Paris and restaurants if you need it.

Grit 4.0 02/11/2014The location of the flat is marvellous and a big advantage is that the windows show to the back-yard of the building. So it was quite calm in the flat although there was big activity all around, because of the great ! cinema Le Grand REX and the people on the Grands Boulevards.
There are not two rooms as listed in the description but that was no problem. -

Very good flat for up to 4 guests in excelent location. Walking distance to the major attractions. Clean, good equiped.

It's a really nice place to spend your holidays in Paris.Its tidy and clean, modern and all you need to feel like having an own flat in Paris.
There is a Metro in front of the flat, supermarket, cafes, bars, shops..whatever you need is in the approximity. Very central place and just above the Cinema Rex. What else is needed for a fun and easy stay in Paris?
The studio is big enough for a couple and 2 kids. If we can come back to Paris we surely hope to be able to stay there again.

There was from beginning to end a good way of communication. Easy going and ready to give helpful tips in whatever you need!
It was possible to be in contact with French, English and Spanisch..maybe other languages are even possible.
