Great location with easy access to Manhattan and a short way to Hoboken Promenade with a stunning view of the Big Apple.

Chambre spacieuse située au calme assure un repos total après la vie animée et trépidante de New York. On est réveillé par les oiseaux et le bruit du vent dans les feuilles. Maison et façon de vivre à l'américaine appréciable. Chambre, Salle de bain, cuisine sont grandes et très fonctionnelles. Le quartier est résidentiel, propre et très calme, commerces, restaurants, fast food à proximité accessibles à pieds. Quartier très bien desservi par les bus directs ou semi direct New York, en 1/2 heure on est rendu soit à Times Square soit au sud de Manhattan (WTC)

Mit dem Bus ist New York in 20-30 Minuten zu erreichen (je nach Tageszeit). Die Busse fahren ständig und wir mussten niemals länger als 1-2 Minuten warten. Supermarkt, Waschsalon und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der "Green-Room" hat keinen Kleiderschrank, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, weil wir nur eine Woche geblieben sind (die beiden anderen Räume habe jeweils einen Kleiderschrank). Der Mieter des "Pink-Room" musste unser Zimmer passieren um in seines zu gelangen (war aber kein Problem)

Ich mochte mein Zimmer sehr. Sehr grosses Bett, gute Einrichtung und stillvoll. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank. Ich würde wieder kommen.

This room (blue) was a perfect place away from the frenetic pace of NYC! It lived up to the description and my expectations. It was clean & spacious, the bed was comfortable and access to wifi and kitchen amenities were easy.

Catch a cab from your airport to the city. Then take the bus straight to leonard st from the port authority bus terminal gate 51 between 42nd and 8th. Please dont cab from airport to leonard st. You will be billed $120.

I stayed for 7 days. Its a 30min bus ride with $3.00 fee each way.

My tip for day 1 is to make you way to a tourist info centre such as the "Gray Line NY Visitor Center" for general advice & bus passes.

I dont reco the NY pass if you are there < than a week. You don't have enough time to cram all activities to 'break even' on the $. Pace yourself and pre book the liberty crown tour, empire state tix. Everything else can be bought when you are there. Get the red hop on hop off bus vs blue. Get a subway pass aswell.

I really enjoyed the stay in Jersey. Going to New York ( Tim square) takes you a 5 minutes walk to the bus station and another 20 minutes or less ( depending on the traffic) by bus. Just take the line 125 to bus terminal New York (3 Dollar) and go to gate 51 to get back to jersey.
If you want to go to the statue of liberty, just go to one of the bus stations in jersey and go by bus to the transportation center at journal square ( 5-10 minutes) and take the train in direction WTC to "exchange place", arrived there you can just take a ship to the statue. ( Costs about 18 Dollar) You can even go to the statue of liberty and get back with a ship to New York from there, so you can go Jersey City-Statue of Liberty-New York-Jersey in a really fast time and very cheap.
The ride from Jersey to JFK was about 60 Dollar by Uber.

Realy quick to time square and easy to get to the location!! It's the best what you can get for this price in NYC!

A very quiet area after a busy day in new york. There is a bus every 5 minutes, which takes no longer than 20 to 30 minutes, even during rush hour. Jersey garden outlet is only 30 minutes by bus as well. The room was spacious, so enough room for all the shopping bags! :)

Very pleasant and comfy room. Enjoyed my stay very much. Even though it is not downtown NY it is still close enough to get there without any problems.
All things necessary can be bought within a radius of 30min.

l'accès à time square se fait rapidement par bus (20min), le seul hic est que le billet n'est pas compris ds le pass NY de metro-bus. mais bon coin sympa et tranquille, belles vues à 15 min sur tt le manhattan.
aucuns regrets et même à conseiller.

The Rom is big and friendly and is very lose to the Bus that either Takes you to Manhattan or downtown Jersey City to the PATH train. Close by are Delis and other shops you might need. Very nice altogether. Anytime again.

Nice and quit location, kind of a "resort" from the hectic NY atmosphere. 20 min bus drive from/to Times Square, which is central in Manhattan. 3 dollar each ride. Bus drives almost every 10 min from approx. 8am-12pm. So it served as an excellent hub for all my trips to Manhattan & Brooklyn. Around the corner you'll find 2 delis and one bakery, a supermarket ist 15 min walk away, so you easily can buy every food you need. The accomodation was great value, I would stay there again.

The room is fine, to rest, no tv, is what you see.
To access to the pink room must pass through the green room occupied by another person.
New jersey is another State, although this near NY, are not in new york, with white minibuses No. 51 are in Port Autority 20 minutes if it is not rush hour and if you are arriving later than 00:00 no buses will have to take a taxi.

The room and other facilities were very well maintained. The area is easily accessed from other areas of Jersey City and New York City through publich transport. Overall a great value for the money.

The room lives up to the description. It is nice and quiet. It has its own bathroom which we really value. The busstop is very close. You pay 3 $ and it takes you to the bus terminal at Times Square. From there you can take the metro to where ever you want go. I can recommend a musical on Broadway (we saw Spiderman) and afterwards a late dinner at Ellen's Stardust diner. The waitresses are upcoming Broadway actors that hope they will be discovered. So while they serve your food, they suddenly burst into a song. We had great fun!

The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, only a five minute walk away from the bus station, which takes you directly to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan (Line 51, approx. 30 minutes, 3$/Ride) - only 2-3 blocks away from Times Square.

The room is very quiet.
You walk a few minutes to the bus stop and the bus takes you in about 20 minutes right into the centre of Manhattan.
