We stayed 4 persons 5 nights at DAlex Prag II, Prinzregentenstr. 93, 81677 Münich.
The appartment is spacious and right next to an U-Bahn stop. It was clean but situated in cellar level and had a moist smell. The beds were only 180 cm in lenght and were outworn. At night a very noisy ventilation started and vent on for hours causing very little sleep, which is why I would not recommend this appartment

Posizione più che ottima a due passi dalla metropolitana. Struttura pulita ed alloggio finemente arredato. Bagni minuscoli. Ci tornerei più che volentieri.

A great little place to stay in Munich. Close to public transport. Shops and restaurants galore in close vicinity.
We can only recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Munich.

Alles top! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Am besten gefallen hat uns die sehr zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage!!! Würden jederzeit wieder diese FW mieten ;-)

The place was fabulous with a touch of authenticity of Munich. The location was great.

Very clean and neat place, good description on how to get there and how to get the key before entering the place, be sure to read the instruction before coming to the place. very convenient to the public transportation, recommend to anyone who'd like to visit Munich. Five star place and service.

Apartment was expected. Just for 7 people/users we need one more toalet place....Little problem is also with key, because, we have just one and we must make a police how to be together or maybe we need instruction, but for finding key, and flat we also have planty of instruction....and falt. It's may mistake...that I didtn't finde wallsafe on front steel door... OK. Apartment was very clean, with big rooms, and excellent beds. All equipment in kitchen is useful. We are also finde market nearby for breakfast at 7 am.. Price for taxi to HB beer place is 10,5€. This apartment call us for next trip in Munchen.

For us this appartment has a god location. Nearby the subway and easy access by car. Very nice and quiet neighborhood with super markets, bakery and even a butcher!
The appartment was big enough for a family of five, clean and nice. The appartment is in the basement, and it is no balcony. No problem with fresh air though.

Sehr gut gelegen.Ausstattung der Wohnung wie beschrieben.
Vorher Bescheid sagen, wenn man zu zweit kommt und beide Zimmer zum Übernachten nutzen möchte, ist ein guter Tipp.

Verkehrsgünstige Lage, sehr ruhig im Souterrain, also halb unter der Erde . Aber zum Hinterhof gut geschützt. Klasse Bett,
sehr gut geheizt , auch an den bitter kalten Ostertagen 2013 !
Nur die Beleuchtung ist zu schwach ( Deckenlicht ).

Wohnung zwar nicht sehr groß, aber modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Werde sie für nächstes Jahr sicher wieder buchen!

Die Unterkunft hat mir sehr gut gefallen, sehr sauber, und wunderhübsch eingerichtet, sehr schöner Jugendstil, nur das Bad ließ sich leider nur über das Schlafzimmer erreichen, man sollte sich dafür ganz gut kennen ;-)
