Very nice apartment. The photos shown are equal to reality. The stairs and stages were under construction, but it doesn't matter, because the apartment itself has a modern door safety and it felt very comfortable. Only the double bed could be a little bit more pleasant :) .
The location is very good near center to reach nevski prospect in 10 minutes by bus, or 25 minutes by feet.

Excellent location, very good and comfortable beds, the kitchen is pretty small though, somewhat deficit of cookware. Otherwise we had great time and would strongly recommend.

The studio flat is just as seen in the pictures. Dinamo Metro station (5 min walk) is opposite the large complex of flats and only two stops from Moscow centre. Although the apartment is next to a very busy road, the balcony is fully glazed, as is the flat itself to eliminate any traffic noise. The bed was comfy, the apartment was clean and we had hot water the whole time.

Maxim speaks good English. He was very helpful and offered us to contact him if we had any further questions. Maxim was very speedy in replying when we enquired about the apartment. He also provided us with plenty of taylored info even before arrived.

Didn't go to the advertised flat but got upgraded for the Stalin tower as some repairs went on. Great deal!
